ZillowVERIFIED This year I sold my condo (downtown Milwaukee) and purchased some land (to build). Jenna and her team (Angela) have been great throughout the process. My wife and I were checking out houses, putting offers in, and also had an accepted offer on a residence, which we ultimately decided (due to changes with the seller) that we were not going to go through the process. She was patient and helpful every step of the way. We decided due to the crazy market we would just build instead. She knew plenty of details about the land purchasing as well as home building process, and she helped us complete our purchase of a plot of land. I had a specific timeline to sell my condo, and she was able to list it within a week, getting plenty of attention and taking care of the open house. I had plenty of offers the first weekend, but she helped me get way over what I expected. She was very responsive with random questions about the houses/land. She generally responded within minutes, and even on holiday weekends! Angela was very detailed, kept us on schedule with everything, and was also very responsive. This is not the first time I've worked with Jenna, and it won't be the last.Thanks to Jenna and Angela for making the buying and selling process easy as could be!

ZillowVERIFIED I would not recommend. Perhaps for some situations, she'd be a good agent; but for our situation, she was not. In short, she had a strategy regarding the listing/selling of our home, that was not successful. She had no fallback/contingency. From that point forward, we felt like we were being pressured into selling the house as quickly as possible no matter the sale price, and we even wondered who she actually representimg during the transaction; it was not a good "feeling". We argued, and in the end feel we only sold the house for as much as we did because we stopped taking her advice and did things she recommended against doing, and that I felt she expressed much condescension towards. But, our situation put us in a pinch, and we felt we had few options.

Our first house we purchased from her was our starter home. We were new to the home buying process and she made it unbelievably easy. We know we had a keeper and couldn't wait to work with her again in the future Unfortunately due to a family crisis we shortly after had to buy our second house with Jenna, which was our forever home. Due to our situation with a quick sell and buy, a lot of goofy situations came up. But regardless of how difficult things got with the process, Jenna worked her tail off and helped us make the end transaction successful. The only negative about Jenna is that she only does real estate. Because we purchased our forever home we are sad to say that we can never work with her again.
