From actively sending us options to finding us a mortgage lender that enabled us to make a cash offer (a must in the market we were conferring in) - A joy to be around. It took us 7 months to have an off accepted. With the exception of about a month over the holidays we saw her almost every weekend over that time period. Having someone you feel comfortable around is extremely important and we had a great time with Jenn! - Hard working This doesnt go with proactive, because no amount of planning can account for times when sellers move up an offer deadline 24 hours and the house hasnt even been listed as long. She pulled over on the road to draft an offer so we could get ours in by the deadline. - Goes above and beyond When we were finally burnt out and couldnt write another letter to an owner when we were fully convinced they were going straight to the trash she wrote one on our behalf. (Just one of many examples) The housing market sucks as buyer now more than ever. We were first time home buyers and it was worse than we imagined. Unless you are rolling in cash a good realtor is non-negotiable and we cant say enough good things about Jenn.

ZillowVERIFIED Oh my goodness, as a buyer, you literally cannot have anyone better than Jenn in your corner. I got very lucky and stumbled into meeting her through a really bad automated seller's agent, and I cannot be more thankful for it. I was originally trying to save money by getting a buyer's rebate from one of the many area realtors who do that for DIY kind of house shoppers. Then I accidentally met Jenn and decided she was worth her weight in gold and absolutely worth every dime of the buyer's rebate I would give up by using a traditional realtor. Here's how Jenn saved me *thousands* of dollars and got me into my perfect first solo home: - Jenn communicated very transparently with me. - The houses I had short listed had been on the market, sitting empty for a long time - making them great prospects for negotiating the price down. We made an aggressive offer very quickly on what seemed like the best bang for buck option. Jenn believed we could get the price down $10-12k based upon the amount of time it had been on the market. The seller only came down $3k. Jenn said she would normally push harder but had learned that the seller was not an individual, as indicated on the out of date tax records, but was an investor. Since the investor had a fixed cost associated with the home, their hard-line at $3k off list was a hard line that we were unlikely to cross. So we accepted and went under contract (happily). It was incredibly helpful for me to understand the reasoning behind accepting less of a deal than we originally expected - though the purchase price was still $5k under market. - Jenn moved heaven and earth to make sure I got the right home. - After going under contract with the first house, which was a good house for me, but not ideal, my ideal (but slightly out of budget) house dropped their price dramatically, bringing it into the very top of my budget. The option period on the original house was ticking down though, so we had literally three days to look at the other house, make an offer, negotiate, go under contract, and cancel the original contract before I would lose my earnest money. I called Jenn, a little panicky, when I saw the price drop and asked her if there was any way I could see the house and possibly make an offer if it was what I hoped. She dropped everything, flew all the way across Austin in ridiculous traffic and got me in to see the house that day. We also made an offer that same day. Jenn moved at lightning speed for about three days straight negotiating the price of my ideal home, getting earnest and option money paid, and finally canceling my contract for the first home once the contract was accepted on the ideal home. I honestly don't know how she slept or did work for anyone else during that time period, b/c I was so demanding of her time. But she got everything done, and she insisted that the most important thing was that I got the right house for me at the right price (which I did!) - Jenn explains everything, either in person, with handy booklets, or easy to digest videos - I'm not a first time home buyer. This was actually my third home purchase, and it was by far the best experience in terms of process and transparency. I actually had a terrible experience with a previous agent who neglected to explain processes, which ended up losing a house I loved. Working with Jenn is exactly the opposite. There are no mysteries or surprises. Jenn has handy guides to explain everything, and she is a pro at following up with texts and emails to make sure you've completed whatever you need to keep the process moving and on time. - Jenn can help with literally every part of the process - Jenn introduced me to a mortgage broker who ended up getting me a better deal than I found through a popular online comparison broker. Then at closing they said my mortgage was the LOWEST INTEREST RATE ALL YEAR. And I checked online. It was the lowest rate all year. And Jenn got me that rate. She also got me the best home inspector who found issues in both houses that could have been extremely costly. In the home I ended up buying, a normal inspection actually wouldn't have revealed the problem, and it was a big one. Jenn and her hand-picked inspector saved me literally thousands of dollars in plumbing and siding repairs. - Jenn is fantastic at managing repairs and repair negotiations - In my home, there was a pretty big plumbing issue. It was a builder defect, but it could have been very costly. Jenn helped me decide whether to accept cash for the problem or get it repaired. She also helped me extend the option period to get a plumber out and ultimately managed the repair process. Last but not least, Jenn is a lovely human who is genuinely excited to get the best house for you. And - she doesn't drop you like a hot potato on closing day. Jenn keeps helping, sending homestead exemption reminders and other helpful tips as they arise. Jenn is the best, and I can't recommend her highly enough.

I have to say that since the firs phone call until we closed on the house and even beyond that Jenn was nothing but AMAZING!!!! You would think that buying a house while in a different state is stressful, especially if you are a first-time homeowner... not if you are working with Jenn. The most stressfull psr for us was picking the house we wanted, because she makes sure she find the best options for you. We came for a short trip to look at the properties and the level of professionalism exceeded all our expectations. ZillowVERIFIED Jenn was a wonderful realtor to work with. I was in a tough spot having to relocate from Texas to Oregon for a new job so we needed to sell our house as quickly as possible. Jenn was great throughout the whole process. She gave great suggestions for how to edit the house to get it ready to show and we were able to get it ready in just under two weeks. The photographer she worked with was outstanding, I couldn't believe how great our house looked on the listing. It was a thing of beauty. After one week on the market and two open houses, we received four offers, including several that were over list price. What more could you ask for? Where Jenn really earned her commission though was after we were under contract. We ran into issues with the buyers and a closing date that we couldn't quite nail down but Jenn held their feet to the fire and we closed within 30 days. The thing I liked the best about Jenn was that she matched my feelings throughout the process. When I was frustrated, she was frustrated, when I was excited, she was excited. It was a long and stressful process but her open communication and experience helped get us through it. Jenn is an excellent realtor and whether you're looking to sell or buy a house, she is an experienced and productive agent who gets results. In a neighborhood that took 45-60 days on average to sell, she did it in seven and got us an above list price deal. You can't beat that.

She jumped into the sale so quickly, I was the one that had to keep up with her. She had the property listed quickly, the signs up and a drone flight over the property within a week and the offers poured in. Jenn did a very thorough appraisal and we discussed listed price and what the best strategy we thought would be to move the property quickly and at a fair price.
