Her business sense and personal/people skills just oozed professional attributes that make you want to do business with her. We had decided to represent ourselves this time only because we had a nightmare of a time last year with a realtor and ended up taking our home off the market. Having dealt with Jenn for this transaction, she has restored our confidence in this process and we would not hesitate in engaging her if we were selling OR buying another home. You have a choice of who you engage with, be careful as this can make or lose you with your dream home. Jenn was awesome!

My wife and I had some tougher requirements, and wanted to make sure that we found a home for our family that we would be able to be in for an extended period of time. Because of this, we communicated to Jenn that we might be looking for a prolonged time. From our very first meeting, she listened to what we were looking for, asked us great questions, and made us feel immediately comfortable with her. Once we started looking, Jenn got us into houses we wanted to see very quickly, and also suggested other ones to us that she found meeting our requirements. We definitely had an enjoyable house hunting experience with her, because she was friendly, responsive, and offered helpful insight, but wasn't in any way pushy. We found a home that we loved and met some of our harder criteria only after a few weeks of looking - and it was a house that we never would've looked at without Jenn suggesting it to us! After finding the house, Jenn expertly helped us negotiate an issue found in the inspection so that we were able to continue through with the entire process. I hope to not have to buy another house for a very long time, but if I do, I will definitely contact Jenn to be my realtor. Again, I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a friendly, knowledgeable realtor who helps a potentially stressful experience go smoothly!
