Even though we couldn't buy right that moment, she'd meet us like an old friend, listen to our comments and give her input or direction. At times, it was frustrating with each other and the process and Jenn would say whatever was needed to keep us calm and lifted throughout the process. When it went on the market I had a cash contract in a week and closed in 2 weeks. I was prepared to sale for just what was owed on it. Instead with Jenn's help I made an extra $25,000. She gave us recommendations to make the house more inviting and encouraged us to follow our own convenient sales plan rather then hers. We were getting ready for retirement and wanted to build a house in GA. We needed to sell our home in FL before we did that. We had to go according to our own plan because of work issues. When we called her to say that we were ready, she put the house on the market at the time we agreed upon and it sold in 12 hrs after the first viewing!!!
