Mrs Morse did an outstanding job of showing me homes that were in my price range, unfortunately things did not work out for me in my quest for the perfect home, however this was not due to any lack of due diligence on the part of Mrs. Morse, she was cooperative and up and out several mornings out of the week showing me properties. Mike has been amazing. I started my home search just causally looking for something akin to a forever home and I wasnt pressed, but Mike was still very attentive and responsive and made every effort to assist with last minute request to view homes and never pressured me when it was not the one. He was patient and kind and frankly it was fun meeting up with Mike and discussing the merit of a home, the location, and the disadvantages. Finally, my situated shifted quicker than I anticipated and I had to move fast to secure a property for my perfect right now. Mike was on it, he knew everyone to talk to the right lender the right real estate attorney, he had guys and his guys had guys! ?? I made an offer the beginning of March and he negotiated everything I needed between counter offers and inspection reports and before the month ended, I closed! Mike was right there every step of the way keeping me well informed. When I hit a last minute hiccup he got me to the CEO of the lender to resolve my issue. This guy what can I say he is simply the best! Thanks Mike! You cant go wrong with Mike he offers exceptional service!
