With previous realtors I never knew why it wasn't being rented, they would blame the market or tell me to lower the price (which I did 3 times... and nothing). With Jenilyn, even in a slow Market, she was able to identify strategies that could help me rent out my apartment. She improved the pictures using a professional photographer, we recorded a video tour of the unit, etc. She keeps you informed about all visits that happens and the feedback from the potential tenants. She also gives you information about how the market is trending and what to do. I couldn't recommend her more I really give her 10 stars

I have very high standards and routinely expect the best. I contacted Jeni and gave her a list of the things i wanted for renting a property, including the location. She responded almost immediately with listings of exactly what i was looking for. Over the next couple of weeks she put up with all my late night text messages, requests for updated listings, and impossible work schedule, She gave me her valuable opinion when viewing properties, if it was too much or a good find --- and best of all --- she didn't talk all the time. She let me experience the space and helped me choose what was right for me instead of selling me on was she thought was best (love her!!) When I decided on the perfect place (and i mean utterly perfect), she basically took care of all the paperwork, meetings, and dealings with the owners for me. She came to my place of employment to drop off and pickup the signed lease info, deposit checks and would check in on me to make sure all the loose ends were being tied up. The whole process was a breeze. I love the space Jeni helped me find and i am certain that without her professional expertise I would not be this happy where i'm living. I am a difficult person to please and Jeni hit the ball out of the park.
