ZillowVERIFIEDProperty is listed as 700 square feet, but is actually 360. The majority of the time I rented the place, i had no working oven. After asking for updates, she eventually asked that i leave rather than make the repairs. She also stopped responding to messages after I left, despite not sending the security deposit when she said she did. She would state the intent to repair the surrounding fence and property, but this was not done the entire time I was there.
