We were super impressed by her dedication with these tasks early one - she took on so many errands and chores herself to get the house ready.She has a very good sense of what buyers want and how to price homes inside the loop in Houston. So good, in fact, that we had received offers before I even knew the house was listed and we ultimately had to trim our deadline for offers earlier than expected because were inundated with offers. So, in the end, what appeared to be daunting task - cleaning out a home of 40 years putting it up for sale - up was shockingly easily. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to work with her again - in fact I would be disappointed to not work with her again if we needed to sell another home in Houston.

I've listed this property in the past with other realtors and only had 4 or 5 showings in 6 months (after being talked into spending thousands of dollars on unnecessary repairs), but with Jena, I listed as-is and closed on the sale less than a month after first contacting her. She was the 1st realtor to actually LISTEN to me when I said I wanted to sell as-is and she made it happen. And all in just a couple of weeks. Can't recommend her enough! 6 stars!

Inspectors, asking builder questions, surveys, appraisal, works directly with your mortgage company to keep them on track. It really is a full service real estate company. I have sold one house with Jena and just bought one in July 2019 and will never use any other real estate team other than Jena's. Extremely quick and responsive at all times and is extremely knowledge about every aspect about the home selling and purchasing processes.

We pulled her in a lot of different directions, and she always guided us to the best decision for our family. She responds right away, and can show houses seemingly immediately. If she can't, she arranges for one of her associates to do so (shout out to Shenan and Moe!). Jena knows The Heights, and is honest about a home's value. She worked hard to get us a decent seller's credit after the home inspection. I would and do recommend Jena and her team!

I have had my home on the market for 2 years with 4 different realtors, each of them getting a chance to sell my home and never received an offer. Now mind you, I interviewed all these fantastic people personally and as soon as I signed the agreement, poof, my listing was yesterdays news. You see, I do not live in the Humble area any longer. My spouse was relocated to Colorado, so we are trying to sell our home without being around to see whats happening. My son, who lives in Huntsville offered to go see the house and see what was happening. He has done this for us over the past 2 years several times (he still has friends in Humble) and each time it was the same storyaEUR|doors unlocked, lights remained on in closets and bedroom, toilets that had not been flushed, bugs on the floors and in the closets, light bulbs that were burnt out and a leak in the laundry room ceiling.OK, I'm sorry, all this is supposed to be acceptable when I'm paying you a 6% commission? Oh, So I'm supposed to say thank you by giving you $50K for doing what? ReallyaEUR|aEUR|aEUR|aEUR|aEUR|aEUR|.Then finally someone came along who snagged the first offer I receive on my house after 2 years. THANK YOU, Jena Turner, Intero Real Estate Services, Heights. Her assistant Robyn who handles her properties north of the 610 loop up to New Caney was always at the house. Making sure the showings went smoothly, that the home did not have critters running around or belly flopped on the floor, toilets sparkling, light bulbs replaced when they burnt out. Get this, when things broke, she either fixes them herself (Wow Wow) or calls me and tells me what happened, who she called to fix the issue and the price for the repair. Where did these people come from? I'm, telling you, what you really expect from an Agent happened with this one. So, I'm old school and I hate writing reviews, but I'm also aggravated with realtors that make promises and do nothing to sell my home except to wait for an offer. Someone pinch me please, I must be dreaming. We were now scheduled to close on October 31 and really closed on November 1. House is gone, I'm a free person. No taxes to payaEUR|woohoo !!!!!One more thing aEUR" ever sign a contract with a realtor then say, I'm glad I only have 5 more months left with this one! Jena/Robyn wont list your home for more than 3 months because she tells me if I cant sell your home in three months, then I'm doing something wrong. She also staged the home with virtual furniture which looks fab! (I had moved all my stuff to Colorado) Better than seeing empty rooms on line, right.
