With expecting the arrival of twins, we needed to find a new home quickly and we managed to find and close on a home in less than 60 days. She will respond to your texts right away and will get you in to see homes, which allows you compete in the craziest of markets. 2) Knowledgeable. She knows her stuff and will watch out for you. She will explain various options for just about everything. She also won't let anybody scam you. She proofs everybody else's work and holds them accountable. If somebody is dragging their feet, she gets on them. She is Type A in the best way. 3) Honest and unpretentious. She is a straightshooter who will point out the things that a home needs or aspects that you weren't considering. She will also explain things without making you feel stupid. When buying a house we would schedule a showing and it would be gone before our appointment but Jen was always on top of confirming appointments or changes and giving us her honest opinions without being pushy! Jen also had a great recommendation of a local lender since we were new to the area and made sure we knew exactly who to call when it came time for all the inspections! She also made sure to give us options never pushing anyone in particular which I loved since in the past I always felt like some people were so pushy!

In our most recent search, we had been working with an agent for a year. Our needs were very specific (multi-gen household) and we knew it was going to take time and patience but we kept missing out on houses due to our realtor's ineptitude and tardiness. We had come across many realtors that just showed no interest in new clients. Jen was eager to show us the home. She was very personable and would tell you the pros and cons(not all agents did that) of homes. She didn't recomend homes just to do so.
