She was the advocate we needed to push us to put in the strongest offer we could while also being mindful that at the end of the day, we needed to be OK with it. She took the time to explain all the different ways we could be more comfortable putting in a strong offer, and indeed, its what it took to beat out multiple other offers. Did I mention that she did much of this while she was on vacation?! She worked with us patiently as first time home buyers, and stuck with us even though we had to postpone our buying timeline by a year due to family reasons. She did not push us at any point and was extremely patient with us throughout the whole process, explaining every part of the buying process over and over again, to make sure we understood. She always made herself available to answer all our questions no matter what time of the day it was. We first met Jen back in February 2020 and she helped us to decide on the area and school catchment that we would prefer to live in. Then Covid arrived! We were then stuck in Europe until May this year, throughout this time Jen kept us up-to-date with rental properties in our desired area, this also allowed her to see the type of property that we were looking for. We finally arrived at the end of May this year, Jen was on hand to help us find somewhere. We set Jen the challenge of finding us a property that we could move into within the next 25 days! Her knowledge of the market and excellent negotiating skills secure 2 viewings. The first house had an open day in the afternoon but Jen managed to get access to the property in the morning, this house was the property for us.
