ZillowVERIFIEDI'm not sure wed be in our new home today if it werent for Jen. She was the advocate we needed to push us to put in the strongest offer we could while also being mindful that at the end of the day, we needed to be OK with it. She took the time to explain all the different ways we could be more comfortable putting in a strong offer, and indeed, its what it took to beat out multiple other offers. Did I mention that she did much of this while she was on vacation?! Jen was also incredibly patient with us as we toured houses trying to find the right fit, and when it came time to sell our first home (right before the holidays!), she helped us understand the market at that time of year and make swift decisions to both get us under contract with a strong cash offer over asking and to closing in just under three weeks. Would we want to endure buying and selling all within 10 weeks again? Absolutely not! Would we do it again if we had to, though? Only if we had Jen in our corner.
