Jen found several properties within that range and when we bumped our budget a bit found exactly what we needed. She knows her business, and she either knows how to answer my many complicated questions, or promptly sends me to someone who has the answer. She is a lovely person who always has her clients' best interests in mind. I would recommend her to anyone, regardless of circumstance...she is a real estate superstar!
