Jen was amazing at helping us sell our family home. After my mom passed, we reached out to Jen and she was super patient with my father and me (and siblings) as we navigated the daunting task of getting the house ready after living there for 45+ yrs. I felt comfortable with Jen because she knows the market and the area, she priced it right and sold it fast. My elderly father was overwhelmed with the process but she basically lead him through every step with patience grace. We could not have done this without her. Highly recommend- especially in the Gaithersburg/North Potomac area since she has been here since childhood.

Jen was there for me through the entire process. She made staging suggestions and assured that photos showed my custom home in the best light. She followed up on showings and was there to negotiate with 2 potential buyers at hand. She was also there to assure the appraiser had all the pertinent details about my home and other recently sold homes in the neighborhood. Additionally, she was there even when the buyers lender had questions. We are in the home stretch now and it might not have worked out the same way without her efforts.
