She took interest in our vision to move to New Hampshire, and since then, has contacted us every year just to keep in touch. In the last couple of years, we developed a plan, and Jen has been helping us achieve it. We live more than 3 hours away, so distance seemed to be a big disadvantage. This Fall, when we started seriously looking into moving, we contacted Jen, and she went into a support mode which was quite quite remarkable. Even though we had multiple criteria and geographic range, Jen directed us to focus on the important aspects of our search and helped us figure out what we wanted, and where to look. She spent a couple of days with us, and we were in contact daily regarding listings we found and questions she could answer. Just before Thanksgiving we saw a listing for a house we liked, called her and she went into support mode again, helping us with a virtual live tour, after which we put in an offer, and with her help we bought the house! She had very helpful resources, and that made it a lot easier to deal with the sale remotely. We were very pleased with the results of the inspection, the mortgage, and the closing. Jen helped us with all of it, and more than that, she helped mitigate any issues, and assists us even now, after the closing. She even helped us establish contact with the sellers and our new neighbors too! Jen is professional and personable, an excellent communicator and very dedicated. She is easy to work with and turned a potentially stressful experience into a smooth transaction. I'm confident her local knowledge and process expertise will only improve over time. She is quite responsive which is great and is always trying to think outside the box. My one complaint was with the dotloop application she used for getting signoff on legal documents. If I wanted to see all the current documents in one place, it was very confusing. We would get lots of emails to sign documents but it was hard to tell who had signed what and what documents were still needing signature.
