There are few things more personal than buying or selling a home. Either this has been your home, full of memories, or it will become your home , in which you will create memories, if you are the buyer. Indeed very, very personal. That is why it is imperative that the real estate agent one chooses is not only knowledgeable but also able to relate to this personal experience. This means being able to understand both buyers and sellers, helping them to navigate their respective challenges and concerns. Jefri Liriano not only proved to be an extremely well-informed and responsive agent, justifying his reputation as one of the nations most successful real estate agents, but also has that extra skill of being able to negotiate effectively and relate to people and assuage their doubts. During the process of selling my late fathers house, Jefri was able to hold my hand throughout the hole process, answering questions on everything from the valuation of house to the legal process to close the transaction. I could not have asked for better accompaniment in a process that would have otherwise been very difficult due to the sentimental value of the asset and the fact that I live outside the United States. I have worked with Jefri Liriano for the first time early on the year 2022 in the selling of my old property and the buying of a new one. Selling a property could be a very stressful process, but Jefri definitely made a very smooth process for me. He was absolutely amazing and on top of every single aspect of the process. Thanks to Jefri and his team members, I am flying through a process that once seemed scary, daunting and unrealistic. As a young mother, my dream has always been to own my own home. The Liriano Team assured me that not only was that goal possible, but that they would be by my side every step of the way which they have been.
