We are first time home buyers with absolutely no knowledge or experience. We decided to inquire about a house on Zillow and Jeffy called us back right away and from minute one, made us feel very comfortable, excited and immediately started teaching us about every step of the process! We ended up wanting to make an offer on a house (sight unseen) and Jeffy took us through every step of the process. She visited the house multiple times for us and was very thorough, she was extremely supportive and helped push us in the right direction during our negotiations since we had no idea what we were doing and since closing (we arent in the area yet) she has gone way out of her way to ensure our house is set and taken care of, the thermostat is set appropriately and getting our keys passed off to some friends in the area! We will be suggesting Jeffy to any and all of our friends and family in the future and I highly suggest her and her team to anyone reading this! Especially new home buyers and especially buyers who arent in the area yet!
