Jeff went above and beyond while helping us find our first home. He directed us to get pre-approved, collaborated quickly with all parties involved, paperwork was electronic and super fast (Literally, a life saver with a newborn baby in a pandemic), and he knew our needs, limited resources, and respected our wishes. He is a man of faith and his integrity showed thru on every encounter. We couldn't compete in the current market, honestly-but Jeff still treated us like VIP. He worked long hours, was extremely resourceful, he negotiated and followed up diligently with all parties and much more. He knew we were feeling down in the beginning about our chances of getting a home--He sent the most encouraging message about what God can do. He prayed for us, too. And, God came thru big time thru Jeff! Jeff talked to the seller's agent, we viewed the home BEFORE it even hit the market, and in ONE day, our offer was accepted! He introduced us to a team he trusted: Cross Country Mortgage and Chardonnay Escrow. Everyone he works with was excellent from beginning to end.
