Bill was excellent to work with. He kept us in mind and sent us properties to get to know what we liked initially, and as things got closer to our ideal closing date, he was regularly in contact with us and sending properties that were both available to the public and a large number that were only visible to agents at that point. Bill was great at setting up tours and coming with us on almost every one of 25+ we saw. One thing that really impressed me was his knowledge of condo design and construction (e.g. knowing who built a certain building, the time frame, and common problems that they experience based on these two and many other factors). He knew when to steer us from a bad building before we even toured, and made great points/asked great questions when in person. Bill was not afraid to tell us or the seller's agent how he felt about a property in earnest, but the phrase that stuck with me most was "I know you like this property, but I do not like it for you, and here's why..." because he knew it wouldn't fit our lifestyle or we would outgrow it more quickly than we would like - something that made me feel he was really working with us, not for a quick commission. This was also in a clear seller's market where things were going quickly and above ask, so slowing us down and getting it right for us was extremely valuable. On that point, we ended up buying a place that was below our top end of the budget but is right for us and should last us quite a long time, and a large part of that is thanks to Bill keeping us in check and helping us along the way.

We worked with Jen to both sell our property, and purchase our next home, and would highly recommend her based on her expertise and knowledge of the market. While we worked with Jen as the sellers - she leveraged her network to sell our house (with multiple offers) as a pocket listing. When she represented us as buyers - she advocated patience to navigate the lack of inventory, and to not settle. This led us to our dream home in our target neighborhood. If you want to work with the best, then you should work with Jen. I sold my property while living in Los Angeles, and Jen was instrumental in getting the place staged, making sure all the details were in place, finding the perfect buyer, negotiating the deal, and exceeding my expectations every step of the way. She managed an incredibly complex situation situation with the condo board to get the new buyers all the information they needed to feel comfortable proceeding with the purchase. She is approachable, kind and professional all while making sure all the details are attended to from start to finish. Definite 10/10.

From the minute I expressed interest in selling my Chicago condo, Katie was willing to help. She came over right away and helped me figure out any updates that would need to be made and put together a listing price. She had showings scheduled almost instantly and we sold within a couple days on the market.
