For reasons I wont get into, and despite the current market being what it is, this was by no means a aEURoeslam dunkaEUR? transaction for Jeff, Patrese, Justine, and the rest of their group. They truly needed to go above and beyond to make this deal happen, and to say that they rose to the occasion would be a drastic understatement. I could literally go on and on for pages, but lets just say that all my expectations were exceeded in every way imaginable. From the very beginning they were responsive, helpful, and encouraging. Every time a concern or challenge arose, I knew that Jeff any his team would be there to work through it with me. They took the time to answer all my questions and provide guidance whenever needed. One time, Patrese even came by my house after hours to key me in because I locked myself out after a showing, hahah! I genuinely cannot think of a single thing they could have done better, or I wish theyd done differently. Guys, there are plenty of Realtors out there, but if youre looking for honesty, integrity, and absolutely top-notch service levels, give these folks a try. We worked particularly closely with Jeff & Justine. They made everything so easy for us. Even when we hit bumps in the road selling because of an oil tank they were working with us to make sure we were able to get everything set up. On a last minute dig to get the tank out Patrese Lattimer showed up at our house at 6pm to make sure everything went smoothly.
