ZillowVERIFIEDWe decided to move from California to North Carolina last summer. We found Jeffrey on a Triad website and called him. We immediately felt comfortable with his knowledge and experience. He was patient with our questions about the area and differences from California. We met with him in November and he was able to show us the cities and types of homes so we could start to narrow down what we wanted. We returned in April with 5 days to find a home and with Jason Stanley his partners doing a lot of background research on the homes , found one on day 2. There were a few inspection issues that came up and he handled them seamlessly and without stress. He helped us maneuver financing and the different real estate laws and regulations. A long distance purchase and move can be very stressful and Jeffrey and Jason actually made it seem easy. Jeffrey and Jason really are the best.
