He also educated us alot regarding houses, repair prices, and what to watch out for. We found a house that was a pre-short sale. This was a transaction that would take 6 months and only worth half a commission for Jeff. He explained all the ins and outs, kept in touch throughout the whole process and always had a great and helpful attitude. We have been in our house for 3 years now, and we love it. First, Jeff is very personable which makes the entire process enjoyable whether it's going into a multitude of homes or speaking on the phone to disseminate information. Second, Jeff can really pick up on what you like/are looking for in a home and he provides strong suggestions on houses to see if you didn't initially consider them yourself (which is how I found my current house!). Third, Jeff is very easy to get in contact with at any hour of the day and is very knowledgable in answering any and all questions the buyer may have. Jeff also doesn't hesitate to get answers to any questions and will stay on certain people until he gets the information he needs. Lastly, even after closing, I was still able to contact Jeff about a job that needed to be done on my property and Jeff stuck with me and got the job accomplished this past week. He's a very honest, kind-hearted person who genuinely wants to see you find the home that makes you happy. He's not an agent that's only in it for the sale. After talking with him on the phone about what sort of things I was looking for in my housing we met up and started looking at houses. At the end of one of the first days of us looking at a few different houses local to where I was renting, Jeff really started to get and understand what my needs were and how they differed from some of the wants. He suggested houses in towns I didn't consider initially using his knowledge of the local area for the school districts. My work severely limits my time to conduct business within regular working hours, but Jeff was so incredibly flexible with my limited availability. Jeff really made the entire homebuying experience easy and friendly. I really appreciated that. Finally, if he suggests going with certain people for certain things, just do it. He really knows what he is doing and has built himself a great network of connections. I would trust whoever he trusts now without second thoughts. I am hesitant to blindly trust people at first and resisted some of his suggestions at first. At the end of the day, I needed to adjust myself and accepted his suggestions and they couldn't have been better.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff made the process of buying my first home very easy. He was patient throughout the process and fair. Jeff was honest and there were no surprises. He kept me informed from start to finish. When we did run into minor issues he always made sure they were resolved in a timely fashion. He went above and beyond in order to make sure everything was in working order in the home so I did not walk into any headaches. My major concerns when buying the home was the outdated air conditioning unit, furnace, and hot water heater. When the seller refused to correct these issues Jeff had HVAC technicians inspect the system. This was all done at no cost to me. Once it was determined the items in question were functional Jeff provided peace of mind by including a home warranty for me. When the appraisal did not go as planned he took it upon himself to resolve the issue by appealing the initial evaluation. Eventually, we were able to come to an agreement with the seller and ensure the transaction progressed. However, the seller delayed our closing date multiple times. Jeff was diligent with staying in constant communication with the seller and make sure all involved parties were on the same page. When it came close to the time my rate lock and credit report were due to expire he urged the seller to complete the transaction prior to the expiration. Although the process of buying a home is inevitably a bumpy process Jeff did his best to keep things rolling in the right direction. He always found a solution for any issue we ran into. Jeff is a hardworking, professional and fair realtor. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate.
