It was sold within 3 weeks of listing with Jeff, though unfortunately, the buyer backed out due to a family trust issue. Jeff has kept in touch with me since the beginning of my decision to sell. He is very trustworthy and fair. He is smart and knowledgeable, professional, kind, and complete in his process, and doesn't give up on giving me lots of knowledge on the best ways to sell my 20-acre property which has been in my family for 75 years. I appreciate him so much. He will be there for the legal business part of land sales as I live in Minnesota. I'm happy that we connected. -

I am writing to let you know how highly my husband and I regard our realtor, Jeff Hanson, for his professionalism, availability and over the top service. We contacted your firm through the website a couple of months ago and Jeff responded to our inquiry. We live in Costa Rica but had plans to move to Las Cruces. We received an offer for our house in Costa Rica and sent Jeff a wish list of what we wanted in a home as well as a list of homes we had seen online. He began walking us through several homes using video and was thorough in showing us every nook and cranny. We found the exact house that fit everything on our checklist and made an offer. Every step of the way Jeff made our life so much easier as he guided us through the process. Honestly his communication and availability is far and above what we have experienced before when buying and selling houses. Unfortunately, although we had been assured that the buyer for our home had bank approval for his loan and that there were no issues whatsoever, the funds were not available by our closing date of November 30th and we have had to terminate our offer for the Las Cruces house. We are heartbroken but know that as soon as the funds do clear from the sale of our home in Costa Rica and we have the funds in hand, we will ask Jeff to work with us again to find just what we want.
