ZillowVERIFIED Jeffrey has now masterfully crafted the sale of our previously home, and the purchase of our new home. Both occurred almost a year apart, but that was only because we were waiting for homes in a specific neighborhood. He did show us homes over the course of a couple years before we finally decided on a neighborhood, and then it was another year before one of interest came on the market. Both our sale and our purchase came close to falling through at the last minute (neither of which were related, but things got pretty dicey towards the closings). However, Jeffrey was able to deftly manage everyone's expectations, frustrations, etc. His calm demeanor and patience with all involved parties undoubtedly saved both closings from going under. We can't thank him enough for the perspective he maintains towards his clients, their homes and the community at large. He was never in a hurry and always willing to entertain whatever questions and/or concerns (likely ridiculous) that my wife and I may have had throughout this process. Incredibly knowledgeable of the local community and the buying/selling process, immediately responsive and a first class negotiator to boot!

If we hadn't been persisitent it would not have sold, and even at that, the price was considerably below the evaluation. OWUld not recommend
