We had our backs against the wall 10 days prior to closing when we found out our lender fell through on our loan. Without missing a beat Jeff had things back on track and ready to go within a half hour with a new lender and a better deal. His connections within the industry are top notch and his ability to go above and beyond for his clients shows in the product he puts out. If you are a Veteran looking to purchase, call Jeff. He negotiated a deal that put a CHECK in my pocket at closing instead of me having to pay a dime in closing costs.

I wasnt sure if I was ever going to be able to get a home and started with some questions. I was very impressed with Jeff from our first conversation. He started off explaining his background which was very impressive. He was very kind and understanding of my situation. At the end of our first conversation I was very confident that he was the perfect realtor. Jeff made it a point to be available day or night and very responsive and if he wasnt available he always responded with when he would be. He was willing to work around my whacky schedules understanding I work 3 jobs and raise 3 kids by myself which was huge for me. Jeff always made me feel like I was the only client, there was never a feeling of he was too busy for us. Jeff has a protective dad persona, which I needed and loved because I had no idea what I was doing or looking for, never came off as pushy or in it for a sale. You can see he truly loves what he does. He took the time to schedule showings when I was available and was very honest with his opinions and a few we saw we could have scratched from the list but he allowed me to make that decision even if we walked in and walked right back out. He was always there every step of the way and answered all 9000 of my silly questions in a way I could understand them. At closing I felt like I was losing part of my family as he was a part of my life from beginning to end and I know I will always be able to text him in any regards to any questions even after moving in to our new home, that was only made possible because of him. He really made dreams come true not only for me but for my family and gave us a chance. If your willing to do what he advises and you match his time and effort with the footwork he will get you what you want! I will always refer him and only him for buying or selling. I had an amazing first time buying experience and he taught me so much and I will always be grateful! Not only did we buy our first home but we gained a great friend through the experience. It is also where we found our real estate agent Jeffrey Gates. In my ratings for Mr. Gates I gave him 5 Stars in all categories: Local Knowledge, Process expertise, Responsiveness and Negotiation skill and he showed in his work with me and my wife Sonja to be deserving of those ratings. But where Jeff really excelled to me is that from the moment of our initial contact and through the time it took us to find a home he got to know us, who we were and what our wants and need were. He was very patient with us and the process we went through in order to find the right home for me and my family. He made himself available to us to travel and see homes near and far . And the times when we had seen so many homes we did not want to continue he made sure we did not settle for something we might regret later on. It took awhile but with Jeffs help we finally found and Closed on that home on Feb 26, 2016 and are very thankful for his helping us to do so. I truly believe that finding Jeff and all the resources and knowledge that he possesses led to this great result. Even though we were fairly particular on the type of house and surrounding ammedities, Jeff was patient showing us many houses until we found the right one. Its funny, he told us early on we would know as soon as we stepped into the house if it was the right one.
