This is my third home purchase, and somehow Jeff made the process smooth and uneventful for my family of three preschoolers. He will have ZERO loyalty to you and he will only operate in his best interest or that of the seller. He will fail to advise you. You will regret it -- especially if you are an average home buyer or a veteran or a senior. He will have no respect for you. I hate leaving bad reviews. ZillowVERIFIED He absolutly ruined our lives by misinforming us about a country club fee. He has lied to us about communication with other realtors who also made negative comments about his work ethic and horrible communication skills. Save yourself the trouble and don't get screwed like we did. We are now paying an additional few thousand we dont have and are extremely financially strapped. It was unfair to us he sold us a home without providing the support we needed to make sure we understood the parts we had emphasized to him were of great importance to us.. in closing, he wont have your back. I am trult disappointed and hope Jeff will gain some loyalty to his customers instead of pretending.

If he didn't think the house was a good fit for us or saw that there was damaged that clearly tried to be covered up just for it to be sold, he told us. When you are searching for a home and you come across one that 'looks' amazing, Jeff is the one that would look beyond its appearance and look at the cracks and crevices and will tell you if he feels that it can be a problem in the long run. He is the type of agent that everyone wants to work with. He doesn't try to make you spend all your money either..example: I wanted to put a offer into a house and it was about 10,000 more then what they were asking for. Jeff politely told me that I didn't need to go that high and brought my offer down and it all worked out. Normally you will find an agent that wont really help you and you find yourself doing most of the work yourself. He is extremely knowledgeable about what to look for in houses and even the structure of houses. Jeff was always on top of his emails and communicated with us the entire time and constantly gave us updates as to what was going on either with searching for houses, when and if he heard back from other agents to get lock box numbers, the entire process of putting the contract down to closing.. I can really go on and on. If you want an agent who is honest, knowledgeable, professional and respectful, he is definitely the agent that you would want to work with. He made my house buying experience run smoothly.
