ZillowVERIFIEDSome years back a friend recommended Jeff when one of our kids started looking for a home. We liked him and developed a trusting relationship, so when we decided to sell our home after 37 years we gave Jeff a call. He showed great patience and knowledge while helping us, and understood how hard it all was for us. He was always in touch and answered calls and texts without delay. Jeff went out of his way so many times and made sure we had a good experience both with selling and buying our new home. He's a sharp man and knows his business very well. We were always grateful he was in our corner and would recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat.
ZillowVERIFIEDJeff helped me with the purchase of my first investment property. He was always able to give me advice and share his knowledge of the local market. It was also very helpful to me that he has investment property experience. Jeff was there through the whole process, and I always enjoyed working with him. I will certainly be working with him when I begin looking for property number 2!
ZillowVERIFIEDGreat experience, very honest and direct. He was aware of the market. We discussed the process, set the asking price, had an offer in a week. He walked me through everything.
ZillowVERIFIEDI started out to find my home with great anticipation. The first time that I met Jeff I know he was my Realtor. Jeff show ed great professionalism with every step of the process. He answered my calls, whether it be day or night(trust me I called him many times). Jeff was there to explain the process during my inspection and appraisal. Each part of the home buying process was explained to me in great detail. It was an enjoyable experience and I highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase their HOME to make contact with Jeff. You won't find a more knowledgeable Realtor anywhere in the Capital District. A true PROFESSIONAL !!!!
ZillowVERIFIEDJeffrey sold my house for me last year and I must say, he is the most professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable, attentive and detailed realtor I have had the pleasure to work with!! He gave me tips on how to make my house marketable and me having a bad case of "OCD" I had my place move in ready for the next owner! I loved working with Jeffrey and he worked very hard to find a buyer because it was a special person he had to find for my place because of it being a horse farm it didn't fit into everyone's category.....but he did find "that" special person that would be the perfect person for my farm. Jeffrey worked his magic and within 90 days he found a buyer! I now call him the Unicorn Hunter! I would highly recommend Jeffrey, the Unicorn Hunter to everyone who is looking to buy or sell realestate. He is the Best of the Best!!!!! P.S. Now if I could get him to come to Florida and help me find a place to buy down there!! Warm regards, Lori
ZillowVERIFIEDJeffrey helped me to buy my first home. The process was incredibly daunting for me, as I'm a single female and wasn't sure what to look for or even what I really wanted. Jeffrey walked me through the process and held my hand through it, which is more than most people would do. He was incredibly patient and showed me more places than you can imagine. I had a sale fall through and he kept his spirits up despite me wanting to give up. Finally, he helped me to find my dream home, and got me an amazing price on it. He was always very responsive, and to this day will still check in and see how I'm liking my new home. I can't imagine a better realtor out there than Jeffrey Decatur and highly recommend him to anyone and everyone looking to buy or sell a home.
ZillowVERIFIEDJeffrey is an excellent Real Estate Agent. He is professional, knowledgeable, and has an fantastic sense of the the "pulse" of the real estate market. After interviewing several agents to possibly list my home for sale, I selected Jeffrey because he was up-front and honest with me about where my home would fit in the current market and what I could do to increase my chances of a quick sale. Jeffrey sold my home while other homes in my neighborhood sat idle, and with his negotiation skills was able to get me my asking price!! I would recommend him without any reservation. He is the best in the Capital District!!!
ZillowVERIFIEDWe had such a wonderful and positive experience with our Realtor, Jeffrey Decatur. We had met with several realtors in the past and Jeffery was head and shoulders above the rest. His level of professionalism was refreshing. He was honest, trustworthy, and it was abundantly clear that he truly had our best interests in mind throughout the entire process. He met all our expectations and handled any challenges that arose head on, making the entire home buying process smooth and stress free. We feel very lucky to have had such a positive experience.
