ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I had been considering relocating from Brandon to St. Petersburg when we decided to go to some open houses and as well as look at some other properties. We went on Zillow to schedule some viewings and thats when Catherine from Clarke Realty reached out to us almost immediately. She met up with us within a couple of hours with all of the information about the houses we wanted to view in hand. She also mentioned some other homes that she had shown before based on what we told her we were looking for. Catherine spent half of the day showing us the homes we wanted to see and even met us the next day for a home that we werent able to view right away. We appreciated all the effort and time she put into helping us. Things happened very quickly and we found a home that we wanted to make an offer on. The problem was we had to sell our current home. Catherine mentioned to us that Clarke Realty would be able to assist us with both the purchasing and selling process. We werent really prepared for all of the work it was going to take to make this transition happen. Jeffrey from Clarke Realty came out to our house to meet with us about selling our home of 23 years in Brandon. He was very confident we would have no problem selling and that it would not be on the market long. We put the house on the market on a Friday and he arranged for us to do an Open House on Sunday. We had six offers all over the asking price by Tuesday. Jeffreys knowledge of the market was spot on. We did run into a couple of issues on our end and both Catherine and Jeffrey guided us through them with everything working out for us in the end. They both helped us keep our sanity during the chaotic process of selling and purchasing a home at the same time. Jeffrey even offered to come to our house on the day of closing because we didnt think we were going to have everything out in time for the walk-through. Clarke Realty is a young, diverse, and motivated team. They helped us navigate to the next chapter of our lives which was being closer to the water. Thank you, Catherine and Jeffrey.

Jeffrey came in and did a great pre-sale walk-through. He set us up with a great pre-sale inspector and helped us get ready for listing. Mustafa came in and did an awesome job taking pictures. He did such a great job that we didnt even need a professional photographer to come in and do it! We sold way quicker than expected. So much so that it became a battle to find a place for us to move. Jeffrey and Mustafa once again stepped up and had a bunch of properties for us to look at. We thought we found our next home twice (and even had offers accepted) but the third time was a charm. Were now in a wonderful home and couldnt be happier!
