ZillowVERIFIEDTried to set up to look at one property for rent. Got a message back about them having other rentals available but no suggestion of a day/ time to show. Then told to text one of three numbers. For an auto text suggesting I fill out a form and they'd reach out to me. Form asked for address, birthdaye, and SSN. Surprised it didn't also ask for my mother's maiden name and my first car or other password/phishing info. Do yourself a favor and note how many of these "5 star reviews" are complete copy and paste jobs. Not even creative with their fake reviews.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe went to see an apartment this agent listed and he told us it was available and to call him when we got there. We drove 50 minutes to get there, only for him to tell us to try a bunch of different lock combinations ourselves because he didnt know which one worked (there were like 8 locks). After trying for 10 minutes and not being able to get in, we called him again. He told us to wait because aEURoethe previous agent had opened itaEUR? and he needed to check. So we waited another 20 minutes, just for him to come back and say the other agent actually couldnt open it either and left without seeing the apartmentaEUR"and he had no idea. No apology, and rather he was questioning whether we knew how to open a lock. What a joke. In his words, he aEURoewanted to make my life easieraEUR? so I could see the unit. Mission accomplished, I guess. What a great use of 2 hours on a Saturday. Amazing service. Highly recommend if you enjoy wasting your time.

In the end it took him 15 days to find the perfect home for our family. He also was able to negotiate a few details for us as our history isn't the best. Once you get to understand that he works for all his clients day and night, you will find the process goes a lot smoother. He will go above and beyond for you and your family.
