ZillowVERIFIEDTried to set up to look at one property for rent. Got a message back about them having other rentals available but no suggestion of a day/ time to show. Then told to text one of three numbers. For an auto text suggesting I fill out a form and they'd reach out to me. Form asked for address, birthdaye, and SSN. Surprised it didn't also ask for my mother's maiden name and my first car or other password/phishing info. Do yourself a favor and note how many of these "5 star reviews" are complete copy and paste jobs. Not even creative with their fake reviews.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe went to see an apartment this agent listed and he told us it was available and to call him when we got there. We drove 50 minutes to get there, only for him to tell us to try a bunch of different lock combinations ourselves because he didnt know which one worked (there were like 8 locks). After trying for 10 minutes and not being able to get in, we called him again. He told us to wait because aEURoethe previous agent had opened itaEUR? and he needed to check. So we waited another 20 minutes, just for him to come back and say the other agent actually couldnt open it either and left without seeing the apartmentaEUR"and he had no idea. No apology, and rather he was questioning whether we knew how to open a lock. What a joke. In his words, he aEURoewanted to make my life easieraEUR? so I could see the unit. Mission accomplished, I guess. What a great use of 2 hours on a Saturday. Amazing service. Highly recommend if you enjoy wasting your time.

In the end it took him 15 days to find the perfect home for our family. He also was able to negotiate a few details for us as our history isn't the best. Once you get to understand that he works for all his clients day and night, you will find the process goes a lot smoother. He will go above and beyond for you and your family.

Jeffrey showed us an abundance of properties in the specific area we requested that met most of our "must-haves". When we got to the first home he had said we were going to see, Jeffrey told me "it was not for sale anymore" but told me to "admire the area." He then handed out several flyers looking for business to the neighboring houses. At the 2nd house, Jeffrey waited in the car after he opened the door for me and had no idea of any relevant information pertaining to it. On the last and final home, Jeffrey waited in the living room laying on the couch. I WOULD NEVER GO TO THIS MAN EVER AGAIN. He completely turned me off to the home buying experience.

He missed meetings with inspectors, didn't provide qualified buyers, lost the keys to the house he was showing, etc, etc.... he offered a discounted commissionrate verbally and then changed it to a higher on on the contract.BEWARE if you use him... it was a terrible experience.

In the months he had our house on sale, we had only 2 buyers come and see the place. He will come to showing with flip flops and a very unprofessional look. The previous reviews are RIGHT about his lack of professonalism! He is not a negotiator. He will basically ask you what you want and how much you can go down and is looking for quick and easy deals. NO EFFORT on his part. Go focus on your rentals Jeffrey and stop wasting homeowners' time (time is money) if you can't devote the right time and do not have skills to sell homes successfully. Just stick with rentals.

He did not even show up to any of the open houses and came up with excuses after excuses. He did no marketing for our house and came unprepared with comps for the appraisal. The buyers had to called us directly to schedule an inspection because Jeff did not pick up his phone or response to their request. DO NOT LIST WITH THIS GUY!

Never returned calls unless I literally called him 8x in a row. Has ZERO negotiating skills, for the deal we wound up getting I negotiated it. This was 2 years ago I just didn't know they had reviews on him or I never ever would of dealt with him. Nice homes reasonably priced in Elizabeth but unfortunately his name is on all listing so we will not get another home with him

He and his broker are very rude individuals. I now understand why this realtor was very rude, because the head broker is the same way. Do not deal with this realtor or broker.
