ZillowVERIFIEDI would not work with this realty company or Jeff. Jeff stepped in to assist when another realtor from his company I had used for buying a property (and wanted to give a 2nd chance after failing to show up the last week before the sale) failed to show up to calls. We chatted quickly about the property fully my needs. He sent his assistant to take pictures of the condo and she was 40 minutes late arriving and took the pictures in the dark and indicated she didn't need the drapes opened and was unprofessional. Jeff called me quickly and said he came to a price for the condo and would send over the breakdown of the fees. All I recieved was the papers to sign to list the condo and to have Jeff as my realtor. I received no comps or discussion about the condo and how it compared to other condos on the Market. I asked for this information and rudely received a text stating that the comps didn't show it to be any more money, but again failed to include the comps so I was flying blind. I finally had to tell him I was finding another realtor with the lack of information and very unprofessional. He was very agitated through text messages and got very nasty. We provided keys and I had to ask 2x to send them back and his response was "You're the boss". I would not work with him or his team and would recommend finding another realtor to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED Mike Doner was superb and exceptional in ever sense of the word. He listened to what we were looking for in our forever home and gently kept us on track. His knowledge of the homes in the area was second to none. He was always able to tell me things I didnt know like, aEURoeclose to a nosy roadaEUR? or aEURoenot the sanctuary backyard you are looking foraEUR?. This insight saved our family time and energy viewing homes that would not make the cut. Mike was incredibly responsive to all calls and questions we had no matter the time of day or day of the week. He was patient and thoroughly explained all aspects of the process of buying our forever home and selling our former home. Mike was able to navigate these strange COVID-19 times and still successfully find us our dream home. When it came to selling, we were blown away by how organized and amazing Team Borham was. We had over 30 showings and 8 offers on the first weekend our home was listed!!! We were in our new home and our old home sold and closed in just over a month. The entire experience was better than I could have dreamed, and I would recommend Mike Donner and Team Borham to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

ZillowVERIFIED Our experience with JR was great! As a first time buyer, he went above and beyond to answer dozens of questions I had. Our first attempt ended with us walking away due to seller not budging on consideration of roof discovered by inspection being shot to the point of being un-insureable. JR was trying every negotiation possible, failure was totally due to seller. JR found another property in a week, with much better location and deal. We closed within a few weeks, despite us having to deal with a circus clown title/Escrow Co. ( sellers choice )JR fought for us daily, and closing went well.

While it was stressful, Jeff, Tanya and Mike Doner went above and beyond to put us at ease and make sure everything was taken care of. He helped get us the most money while also making sure the buyer stayed happy during all negotiations. He negotiated to get me the best price and get the process completed quickly as a fast closing was important to me. Jeff's team was always in contact with me, letting me know what was happening with the inspection and appraisal. Three weeks later, my house closed and I was able to move on. My Husband and I were planning to move from OH to FL and were referred to Jeff through a family member. We explained our situation and goals, and he paired us up with his agent Dyanne to assist in our home search. I was so impressed that regardless of the fact that we were not local and unable to physically be there to look at houses, she always made herself available to go for us, whether it be via FaceTime or video walk through. Anytime I had questions or concerns, she responded promptly through phone, e-mail, and even text. She definitely gained our confidence, knowing that we would always be able to reach her when we needed to and have all of our questions answered. At times, we went back and forth with certain houses and even cancelled a contract, but it didn't phase her and she kept a completely positive and professional attitude the entire time. When we finally found our house, she worked diligently to get the paperwork processed as quickly as possible so the lender could do their job. At that point, Tanya, the transaction manager worked hand-in-hand with our lender to ensure a smooth closing process. Like Dyanne, she was also extremely professional and easily accessible. After closing, I had a couple more questions so I reached out to Dyanne and yet again she was super helpful and didn't act like I was a bother. Team Borham made us feel like our goals and objectives were all that mattered. I would recommend them to anyone!
