ZillowVERIFIEDMonique worked diligently for months to find us the perfect property. She was attentive to our wants and needs, and provided great advice and guidance. In a very competitive market, It took several tries to land a property; but ultimately we landed our dream property! Thankful for the house Monique and Jeff spent working on our behalf!

ZillowVERIFIED If I could rate Jeff West and his team with 10 stars, I absolutely would!! My husband and I decided we were ready to sell our vacation home in Ruidoso, and after reading reviews of local realtors I chose to reach out to Jeff to meet and take the next steps. We visited on the phone, and scheduled a time to meet at his office. I was blown away by his professionalism from the moment we spoke to meeting with him and going over our property, comps he had pulled and things that were most important to us as the seller. We were aEURoesoldaEUR? and knew he was our man! We live in Texas, so I was nervous about doing this remotely.. friends, let me shout from the roof top that Jeff and his team made this selling process amazing, stress free and smooth! Our property was shown after the photographer came to take pictures, and we went into contract for full asking price before it hit the market. If youre wanting someone who will back you, work closely with you, stay in contact with any and all updates and serve you well then look no further.

ZillowVERIFIED We sold a business property in Ruidoso Downs recently, and we were very impressed at how efficient the sale was. Jeff dealt with many issues that got in the way of the sale, but was an expert negotiator, and he got the job done. He was polite and friendly and knew his stuff for sure. I would not hesitate to use him again. Thanks, Jeff!

ZillowVERIFIED Outstanding agent to work with. Jeff's experience was evident the first time we sat down as a team to talk. Very confident and knowledgeable in his profession. Other agents we dealt with low-balled the asking price to get a sell quickly, not Jeff. We told Jeff what we wanted to sell the house for, he got on it and did it! Impressive!

ZillowVERIFIED We could not be more pleased working with Monique Randall and Jeffery West in purchasing a lot in Ruidoso. We are from out of town and were not familiar with the area. They were extremely knowledgeable, very patient in searching for the right property and answering all our questions, and ensuring we understood the whole process. We highly recommend them if you are in search of your next home.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff has sold two properties for our family. Jeff did it quickly, efficiently and stayed on top of any changes or issues from before the properties were listed until after the properties sold. His recommendations are fair and he looked out for our best interest in the sales. My personal reasons for choosing Jeff over all the other realtors in Ruidoso, which is were I grew up and owned a business for over 20 years is because I knew him before he became a broker. I have always admired his honesty and concern for people, especially the elderly. We need more young men with the integrity Jeff has and exhibits in his professional work.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff, Monique, and the whole team were incredible to work with. Our situation was unique in many ways but they were there with me every step of the way. I was always informed of anything to do with the sell of my home and never had to wait long for any response. The issues that would come up were resolved quickly and in a very supportive manner. I will be recommending Jeff and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the area.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff did an exception job working with multiple buyer's agents to get the house sold in a tough Capitan, NM market. With his knowledge and professionalism, he was able to capture a full sales price on our home. Jeff was also able to get the septic tank certified quickly through his network of contractors. This helped eliminate any delays towards closing which gave everyone a good piece of mind.We interviewed many RE agents and were gland we gave the listing to Jeff. I highly recommend him as both buyer/ seller agent. Warm regards-Joe Ernst

ZillowVERIFIED We were first introduced to Jeffery about 4 years ago. We happened to be in town for the weekend and were wanting to view a property. I had read his customer reviews and looked at the "recent sales" stats that he had and we decided that he was going to be our go to guy. We met at the property which was a foreclosure and he was quick to tell me that they weren't his specialty, but he was confident that he could help us swing a deal on it. The property was a wreck and he was honest in his assessment of it. We were dead set on it and made a couple unsuccessful offers and the property sold to someone else. It wasn't because of lack of effort on his part though. In fact, it was a blessing. We viewed a couple different properties over the years, one even involving a contentious "would-be" heir, a locked gate and an impassable road. Jeffery was always there to make time for us and see to it that we were able to see whatever we wanted, even on short notice. We had an impulse weekend trip to Ruidoso and another property caught our eye. I called him and he happened to be returning from vacation, driving back in to Ruidoso from a neighboring state and he agreed to meet us the following morning. The long and the short of it is, this was a success!! Jeffery is a class act guy, a professional, and is as real as real can get. He will not try to convince you to purchase a property, he lets you evaluate and remain neutral. If there are glaring concerns, like a river rolling down the hill through the front wall of the house and into the basement, he will try to diplomatically get you to reconsider. Yes, that happened to us. I can't recommend Jeffery and his team enough!!!!!! His team was exceptional. We had some hurdles in our purchase, and they were able to figure out how to make everything work out. Future Real Estate should be your first contact in your property search in Ruidoso and the surrounding area!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff did a great job of keeping our deal on track through the Corona virus pandemic. We had to move the closing date back a couple of times but he kept plugging, and kept us informed. I would highly recommend Jeff and use him again if we were to buy another home in Ruidoso.

ZillowVERIFIED We have worked with Jeff on multiple projects and will continue to do so in the future. His sharp, attention to detail is a breath of fresh air. He is very inventive, always looking to have "the edge" of the market and truly, TRULY cares about his clients. Both projects we worked on with Jeff went smoothly, we get the price we wanted as sellers and both homes sold SO FAST! Not only is Jeff one of the best realtors/brokers I've met, but his team is amazing as well. The standards of this company are high and so you will immediately be taken care of. Our last sell was on the market for less than two weeks due to the great pictures, 3-D tours and descriptions of the home for purchase. I cannot say enough good things, just use Future Real Estate for your needs!

ZillowVERIFIED If you use Jeff West as your Realtor you will not be disappointed. He has helped me sell my land that has been on and off the market for over 10 years. He became my realtor when I had lost hope a few years ago. He has worked so hard and kept me completely informed all along the way. He is so knowledgeable and energetic. My other realtors just listed my property and then forgot about it but Jeff stayed on top of it! He was always trying to come up with ideas to market and spread the word about my property. I'm so thankful to Jeff West for being the best realtor I could possibly imagine!

ZillowVERIFIED We found Jeffery at a time when we had little confidence in selling in Ruidoso. Our house had been on the market for a year. And when Jeff took over, we saw a difference right away. He sold the house in 3 weeks of taking over. He incredibly personable ,while being nothing but professional. We live out of state, and he made us feel very comfortable being so far away. He was always a phone call away. Would hire him again in a second. Thanks Jeff!

ZillowVERIFIED When we first started talking about moving from the Louisiana swamp to the beautiful mountains of Ruidoso, we ran into Jeff quite by chance. He did not hesitate to meet with us on a holiday weekend, and then stayed in touch with us during the next year as we went through the process of selling our home & finding another one here. He ended up finding our dream home for us, and every day we feel as though we are "on vacation". He knows the business, and he knows the area. He also loves living in Ruidoso, and that comes through in all he does. If you're thinking of moving to Ruidoso, call Jeff!

ZillowVERIFIED We were researching the Ruidoso area for a vacation rental property. Jeff has prior experience with vacation rentals and turned out to be a valuable resource during our search. He knows the market well and gave us candid feedback on potential properties as well as expenses in the area. Jeff helped us to find a beautiful home with an unbelievable view. Ultimately, we decided against a vacation rental property as we chose another investment opportunity. I highly recommend Jeff to anyone searching for a home in the Ruidoso area. He asks questions to understand what you are looking for and then delivers a number of homes that meet your criteria. While he did not get a sale from us, he was very professional and responsive through the whole process.

ZillowVERIFIED I've loved this area since I first came to Ruidoso in the late 1980's. It had been a dream to one day have a home in the area for recreation and retirement. I was fully set on the fact I'd likely have to build my ideal home to suit our diverse needs. I got connected to Jeff on my last visit to the area in September 2017. What started as a look at a place out of town ended up with a unique place in town. It turns out for what we purchased I could not have built anything better. His connections and ability to handle a long distance buyer were extraordinary despite the time zone difference. With Jeff as your partner I have no doubts you can achieve your dreams be it a new or old home ..

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff was very helpful in selling our condo in Ruidoso, NM. He made recommendations on staging our unit for best appeal. He was very aggressive in getting out condo visually out into the market, was helpful with appropriate pricing and suggestions. Jeff is the most responsive real estate agent we've ever worked with, in that he's very on top of returning calls/texts and keeping us updated with what was going on with our unit vs. the market in that area. One would do well with him as their agent.
