ZillowVERIFIEDJeff was so patient with me! He took me to see every single place I asked! Communication was awesome! Very knowledgeable, and always responded quickly to any questions I had! I definitely recommend him if you want to find your perfect place!
ZillowVERIFIEDWe choose Jeff as our realtor to list our parents house on the market. Jeff was very upfront about everything and his internet marketing strategies. He doesnt do open houses. He was also very proactive at finding things that inspectors would point out and had us resolve them before hand in order to create a smooth transaction. And let me tell you, he was right! After 10 days on the market, we had 54 showings and 21 written offers. We only had to make $150 in additional repairs and when all the dust settled, we sold for over asking price and over appraised value.
ZillowVERIFIEDJeff Talley is very easy to work with. He?s very patient with his clients, to enable to get them the right home. He answers any questions you may have and is very knowledgeable. He will help you get into a perfect home. Most realtors are quick to sell but Jeff really values the clients needs and wants.
ZillowVERIFIEDMy family and I were looking to move to a 1 story home and Jeff was such a blessing during this move. He was quick to respond to requests, and was very patient as we looked (and re-looked) at potential rentals. He was always updating us with new rentals that just came on the market or price changes. He made sure that the offers were fair and reasonable for us, and stayed within our requested budget. I highly recommend using him for your next move!!
ZillowVERIFIEDJeffery is very well informed with the neighborhood and the process of purchasing a property. Jeffery went above and beyond in helping my wife and I purchase the home we purchased. We will definitely use him again if we decided to sell the house we just bought. HONEST AND RELIABLE: Jeffery was always ready to answer my phone calls and had the answers. Which is great, because buying a house can be difficult. But with Jeffery, he made it seem easy and pain free. WILLING TO GIVE A HELPING HAND: Jeffery took the time to discuss the whole process with my wife and I. Being that we purchased the house from outside Florida he took pictures of the house and spoke with house inspectors, HOAs, brokers, and everyone that needed to be in contact. WILL USE AGAIN: At the end of the whole journey. I can say, that my wife and I will use Jeffery Talley as our seller agent as well as use him for our next purchase.
ZillowVERIFIEDIt was an absolute pleasure working with Jeff. He took his time getting to know my family in order to find us a rental that made everyone happy. His knowledge of the area and ability to negotiate a good deal for us made the process painless and quick. I look forward to purchasing a house with Jeff and highly recommend him to my friends and family.
