His responses to texts are never more than just a few minutes, and he is always willing to hop on a call. Moreover, he can set up a showing at a home within minutes. Lastly, he flawlessly navigates and coordinates with the different parties in any transaction (i.e., agents, inspectors, lender, etc.) on behalf of the buyer/seller. You will not find a better communicator. Jeffery Shumaker made us feel comfortable about selling and buying our dream home. He has vast knowledge of everything related to the housing business. Having his expertise around was a blessing because he was able to point out things to avoid like old water heaters, furnaces, and plumbing that were either not compliant or had class action lawsuits on them. Not only was his knowledge top notch, he is very easy to work with and is super responsive. Hes got a no-pressure type of attitude that makes it easier to find the right house. Going through this process is stressful enough and the last thing you want is a realtor that doesnt know what they are doing.
