Over the last four years, Jeff helped us purchase two homes as well as sell our first home. He has so many qualities that make him a fantastic agent and broker. Having worked in the field for many years, Jeff is incredibly knowledgeable about market conditions, including current state and future state. With well-research data in hand, he provided us with sound predictions to aid our decision making in selling and buying. In addition, he is able to provide an unbiased perspective on the overall structure of any property being toured. As a couple who toured unique properties aEUR" often resulting in fixer uppers aEUR" this experience was extremely beneficial. Moreover, Jeff is incredibly patient. He endured more tours than we can count and did so with a smile on his face. Moreover, when we were faced with challenges out of our control and stress increased, Jeff remained calm and provided us with steadfast support and balance. In addition, Jeff is also readily available. I do not believe that there is another agent that provides his level of availability. His responses to texts are never more than just a few minutes, and he is always willing to hop on a call. Moreover, he can set up a showing at a home within minutes. Lastly, he flawlessly navigates and coordinates with the different parties in any transaction (i.e., agents, inspectors, lender, etc.) on behalf of the buyer/seller. You will not find a better communicator. Having worked with Jeff multiple times over the last four years, we can say with confidence that he is of the highest quality that you will encounter in the field of real estate. I highly recommend reaching out to Jeff in regards to buying or selling your home. He works hard for you, going above and beyond his duties as our realtor to make sure our house was ready to sell and that we were comfortable with the process. Mr. Shumaker was extremely knowledgeable about the entire process of selling our home and kept us informed every step of the way. He was sensitive to our timeline of needing our home put on the market and went to work quickly. We had interviewed other companies but ultimately declined their services because Mr. Shumaker was such a professional and came highly recommended. Jeffery Shumaker made us feel comfortable about selling and buying our dream home. He has vast knowledge of everything related to the housing business. Having his expertise around was a blessing because he was able to point out things to avoid like old water heaters, furnaces, and plumbing that were either not compliant or had class action lawsuits on them. Not only was his knowledge top notch, he is very easy to work with and is super responsive. Hes got a no-pressure type of attitude that makes it easier to find the right house. Going through this process is stressful enough and the last thing you want is a realtor that doesnt know what they are doing. Our lenders were even praising Jeff because of how responsive and attentive he was to getting everything they needed. Overall I highly highly recommend Jeff and his team. I will certainly use them again for sure.
