ZillowVERIFIEDWe met Christine Jacobs through a Fiedler Real Estate listing. She got back to us almost immediately, so we decided to choose her as our agent. She showed us house after house, but none met our criteria, my husband being the most difficult to please. One day Christine and I went out and found this perfect town home. I wanted to put a bid on it right then and there, but had to talk to hubby first of course. I told him about it and he vetoed it because it wasn't exactly what he wanted, so I had to give up. Then Christine lined up several other listings when both my husband and I could make it. When one of the showings requested that we come an hour later, we just happened to be in the same area around that perfect town home. I pointed out, to my husband, the general area of the town home saying that we had looked at a town home near here (never specifying that it was THE perfect townhome I had mentioned beforehand) and Christine asked him if he would like to see it because we had some time to kill until the next listing. He said "Sure, Why not." Well, he loved it. Who knew? Christine did. So, we are now the proud owners of that very same town home. Additionally, Christine was easy going, diligent at looking up properties (my type A personality put her through some hoops) and terrific about follow up and follow through. She knew the area very well and didn't even flinch when I asked to see more and more listings. We got to know one another and she was there with us throughout the whole process. Even if we had questions she couldn't answer herself, she made sure she got the right answers from the right party. We learned to trust her as an agent and knew she would give us true and valid answers to our questions. I would happily recommend her to anyone looking for a home or business. In fact I have mentioned her name to several of my friends already and will continue to do so. Love her. Thanks Christine.
