ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I decided in April that we were going to quit living in an apartment so we needed to start looking for a house. We met Jeff through Zillow, and from the first meeting to the last meeting, he continually proved that he was about the best thing that could have happened to us with this search. He was there guiding us through every step of this long and exhausting process of looking for a home. I swear I think he took us to see 30 homes over the next three months, showing each time that he was knowledgeable how a house stacks up to other houses in the market and was able to point out problem areas of each one and things that we could negotiate on. We put offers down on three other homes before we found the home that we just moved into 15 days ago. He guided us through all of the paperwork and processes from the accepted contract all the way to closing day. To anyone out there looking for a house, you will definitely not go wrong with Jeff Yacos. Hes going to be our real estate agent for life!

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff was an outstanding agent for us! He started working with us a few months before we listed. He gave us tons of advice on what we need to do and what we should list the house at. Not only was he wonderful before we listed, he was better afterwards. We listed right around the start of the COVID shutdowns. He went through two full closings for our house! Due to COVID, our first contract fell through the day ownership was supposed to transfer. After that deal fell through, we ended up in a very different market than we originally listed in. Jeff was patient and consistently marketing the home to other agents. He led us through the uncertainty and was able to get our house sold again! Bottom line; Jeff did an outstanding job for us! We highly recommend using him as an agent in any capacity. He has great energy and the knowledge to make your buying or selling so much easier. Do yourself the favor and hire Jeff!

Jeff quickly helped relieve some of the nerves by making us feel very comfortable, and walking us through the entire process. He was extremely patient with us, and was always available to answer our plethora of questions. I was very impressed with how available he was to us at all times (last minute showings, our late evening texts/phone calls, etc.), and his overall dedication to us through it all. Jeff also did a nice job of presenting us with homes that fit our criteria of what we were looking for in a home. In addition to all of this, Jeff is very knowledgeable, and seems to do a great job of keeping up with his homework. If Jeff doesnt know the answer to something, he seems to always know someone who does. ZillowVERIFIED Jeff made my home buying process easier than I wouldve imagined. I was a first time home buyer and he laid the process of what we would be doing from step one to closing within the first meeting. He gave me a good range of houses to look at and really did a great job of showing what the houses in both the bottom end and the top end of my price range were, which was great because I could see things that I really liked in the top end and then use that to find the same things in the houses that were closer to my target price range. After finding the house he got me through the offer, inspection, and closing. Hell give you suggestions on what to offer the seller and what things are practical to request for the seller to fix. Jeff also knows a guy for everything, and I have used 2 of them and they were both great and very reasonably priced.

ZillowVERIFIED If you think you can get all the info you need about a house online, then Jeff is the agent for you. He goes beyond the obvious selling points (good location, good schools, etc.), and gives honest and accurate value assessments in light of the condition of the homes systems, etc. Plus, his network made getting competitive mortgage rates, insurance quotes, etc. a breeze. Throughout my four-month home search, Jeff was extremely responsive and worked many late nights and weekends to submit offers and show me more than 20 properties throughout Prairie Village, Leawood, Mission, OP, and KCMO. We ultimately found the right place in Brookside, and Jeff handled the negotiations and closing with ease. The best recommendation I can give is this: Jeff will be the first person I call when it comes time to list my house and find my new home.
