Jeff is everything a Realtor needs to be & should be. Best of the Best. I would, I have & I will recommend Jeff again. We bought being out of state & Jeff went out of his way on several occasions to help us. He worked with the sellers & viewed the home for us. Thank to Jeff we for our house.

Jeff and Joyce With went above and beyond with their faithful and tireless effort to help us find the perfect home for our son. We not only found a great home but we now have two new friends in Tulsa, OK. I would highly recommend Jeff and Joyce With for your next investment needs.

Sent us MLS information, showed us the house, answered all our questions, arranged an excellent broker, walked us through to closure and followed up after we occupied our new home. In a word; aEURoeSmooth.aEUR?

Jeff (and his wife) are amazing!!! He was honest, which I loved. I had houses where he flat-out told me I didnt want them (one burned down & was on the news 3 days ago!) He never tried to pressure me into buying something I found mediocre but instead helped you see it realistically as an investment into your future. Jeff will do whatever he can to help you!! Hes not only a fantastic agent but a wonderful person!!!

We just purchased our 1st home in the US with the assistance of this awesome professional.Jeff was always responsive and patient even at weekends and late evenings. Very knowledgeable and sure can get things done. No matter how many questions weve asked! He's been a rockstar for the whole process and this is the guy you want in your team! I couldnt recommend him enough for anyone looking for some peace of mind when buying a home! Thanks again Jeff!

Jeff has a unique ability to understand the kind of home you are looking for. After showing us just three or four houses and our comments, he then showed me the house I fell in love with! He then went above and beyond to make this house my new home!!He was with me every step of the way, explaining the process through the closing & after. Most of important he was always available, answered or returned every call! Second ,he has been very helpful after the closing. You could not make a better choice than to have Jeff and his lovely wife , as your realtor!

Jeff was the first realtor to contact us after we expressed interest in our home on Zillow. His personal and authentic communication style put us both at ease. I was living in a different state at the time my fiancA(C) and I were considering this home, and Jeff dealt with the distance as if it wasn't even a factor. We only had to look at the one home we loved and Jeff was able to get the seller to accept our offer despite a very competitive environment. He and his wife have become more that realtors for Jeni and I, they have become trusted friends.
