ZillowVERIFIED I was referred to Jeff Warwick six years ago when I was looking to purchase a condo in Mammoth. He was so knowledgeable easy to work with, and the process was very smooth. So when I was interested in also buying a house there recently, I wouldn't consider working with anyone else. Only this time, the home had many issues - the roof leaked, there was mold, the owners had a medical issue and had to push back the closing. Through it all, Jeff took care of EVERYTHING. Just a few examples - he not only found a roofer, but he met him at the house for the inspection, he organized the mold remediation, he called a local snow removal company, he ran over the the house to ensure there was propane in the tank, and the list goes on. He's also a genuinely nice, down-to-earth, trustworthy person. I can't recommend Jeff highly enough!

Jeff took the time to meet with us and show us some listings on the big screen in the conference room at the office he works. We left there felling really good. There was no pressure. We connected with Jeff. We planned on being back in Mammoth a few weeks later and planned a day to look at places. I was impressed with what Jeff was able to pull off in the middle of ski season. ZillowVERIFIED Jeff helped me with a short sale on a property that was very underwater. He was upfront and honest right off the bat. Always very responsive and helpful. Communication with realtor is very important and Jeff is great at keeping you informed and returning calls and emais. A couple of times he was able to quickly set my mind at ease after I had received a call from the local building manager that there were alarming notices posted on the door of my condo. I do not live in the area where the property is, but Jeff was able to go there for me and straighten things out rapidly. He was helpful with filling out forms that were confusing , and was able to find cash buyers for the property. The process is not a quick one, but it went smoothly and in the end was a success. I was very happy to unload the property and with his services.
