ZillowVERIFIED I met with several real estate agents, but only Jeff Schulz immediately picked up on queues and responded back with an approach for selling my home that was customized to meet my needs and viewpoint, in a very unique market (ie., low inventory and low interest rates, but COVID 19 restrictions). Jeff and his assistant were very responsive to all my questions and concerns. Since my home is on a lake, I'll say that Jeff was definitely "a steady rudder in unchartered waters!"

ZillowVERIFIED We recently worked with Jeff to sell our house in Waconia, MN. We agreed for 6% commission and in case the house sells within a week or if he is able to bring in the buyer the commission would be 5%, which he didnt honor at the end. We received multiple offers and the house was sold in less than a week ( which happened not just because he listed the house). At the end when we checked with him on the commission part thinking that he would honor the initial agreement since the house got sold in less than a week, he just said that this was not in the agreement and acted as if this was never spoken. He said that he would adjust some numbers and give us some money back but that never happened. Overall, not a very great experience. Make sure whatever he speaks is in the agreement, dont just go by the talks.
