ZillowVERIFIED We had an excellent experience with Jeff! He came highly recommended, and we couldn't have been happier with his services. Jeff was willing to work with us on whatever we needed, answered every question in a timely manner, and was very honest with us, which we greatly appreciated. Since we were moving from out of state, Jeff was also very helpful in making the home buying experience from afar as easy as possible! I strongly recommend using Jeff for buying a home in CT you won't be disappointed with your experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff helped us sell our first home. It was my first time ever selling so I didnt really know much about the process. Jeff took the time to explain everything and guided me through each step. He was professional and extremely responsive. He went above and beyond as our realtor, even agreeing to meet the water company at our property days before the closing so we didnt have to take time off work to go there. Jeff had our house sold in just under 3 weeks and we couldnt be happier!

ZillowVERIFIED It was awesome working with Jeff. Very responsive and knowledgeable. This was my first time selling a house, and I had a lot of personal pride in the place, so it wasn't necessarily an easy decision. Jeff made it simple and helped ease a lot of my concerns up front. We ended up closing on time which was a pretty aggressive deadline. Overall very pleased and would recommend Jeff to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Jeff was a great experience. We worked with Jeff to buy our last house, and again when it came time to sell it. The housing market this year has been crazy but Jeff made finding the right one for us easy. We were always able to get in touch with him, and he answered any and all questions very quickly. We saw so many houses, and he was always available on the days / times that worked best with our crazy work schedules. We always asked for his input on our showings and appreciated his opinions and his knowledge. Our offer on the home that we ultimately purchased was accepted largely because of Jeff's responsiveness to the seller's realtor and his positive reputation. We've been in our house for just over a week now, and couldn't be happier. We highly recommend Jeff to anyone looking to buy a home!

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff was recommended to us by a friend. He was very helpful in finding us a house during the pandemic. We are really picky when it comes to houses, but Jeff was very patient in showing us numerous houses over a period of almost 4 months and he never rushed us. He was also very knowledgeable about the local property market and was able to advice us on the offer price, house condition etc. He made the whole property buying process really smooth by guiding us every step of the way!

ZillowVERIFIED If I could give Jeff more than five stars I would. Jeff stayed in touch after helping my husband and I purchase our first home and he was the first person we called when it was time to sell it. We were listing at a terrible time of year (right before Christmas) and Jeff hustled to get it on the market as quickly as possible. His real estate photographer was phenomenal and we had a ton of interest the first week. Ended up under contract in a week with multiple offers. Jeff was an incredible negotiator and went above and beyond to make the deal happen. He truly seemed invested in helping us make the best decision for our family and I can't recommend him strongly enough.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff came recommended to us by at least 10 people, so there was no hesitation to contact him. He was always prompt with contact and had my house sold in less than 24 hours of listing! We found our new home shortly thereafter and couldn't be happier. Jeff was so easy to work with, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The process of buying and selling seemed so overwhelming at first but Jeff made sure everything went smoothly, on time, and everyone was satisfied. I will refer as many people as I can!

ZillowVERIFIED We were referred to Jeff by a close friend who had worked with him before. We knew we would be in good hands, but were extremely pleased with the service he provided. He made us feel comfortable right away and explained everything in detail. Any time we had a question - and we had a lot - he got back to us immediately. He made the stressful process of first time home buying much easier and even enjoyable. He helped find the perfect home, and if it weren't for his his knowledge and negotiating skills, we would not have been able to close the deal without him. We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell, and will most certainly work with him in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot put into words how thankful my husband and I were to have worked with Jeff on helping us find not one, but two homes. From the very beginning, he was just on top of EVERYTHING. We had an initial sit down to talk about neighborhoods, our budget, etc. and he worked to put together a plan that felt so us, so personalized and yet so professional. He came to the table with vendor relationships and recommendations, which proved to be invaluable. On top of everything else, Jeff guided us through the entire process with a smile. Besides his sharp professionalism and attention to detail, he brought personality, humor and levity to every single day. I guess it goes without saying, but Jeff will be our agent of choice for all of our future real estate endeavors.Did I mention he sold our house in less than 24 hours?!CANNOT. RECOMMEND. HIM. ENOUGH.

ZillowVERIFIED Highly recommend Jeff Romatzick. He would come down any day of the week at any time and was happy to only show us one house or several houses even though his office was 30 minutes (not including the miserable rush hour traffic that he sat in countless times) from his office. His knowledge of homes as well as a willingness to get to know us resulted in my wife and I being in our dream home in a great location. He also has many reliable contacts that we ended up using and that made the buying process as smooth as possible.

ZillowVERIFIED He was recommended to us by our finance person. Worst choice ever! We were first time home buyers and trusted him to help us, which he did not. All he wanted to do is make the sale as fast as possible. He did not warn us of anything to look for or beware of with buying a house. It had in inground pool that he did not recommend to get inspected first so we did not and had to pay 17,000 for new one after sale was over and he did not want to know anything. Also he did not tell us we could have put money in escrow either which would have helped us a lot. He gave us a home inspectin company called pillar to post, and they missed so much obvious stuff. I think they all help each other to get sale done. I even called Herb, his boss at William Ravies and he was no help and had no desire to make things any better.

ZillowVERIFIED Use Jeff as your realtor...I've worked with others but Jeff is the best. The house I wanted went on deposit before I could make an offer but Jeff didn't give up. He kept an eye on it and when it came back on the market I had an offer in within hours of it being relisted. He did a great job negotiating the price and I'm living in that house today. Thanks Jeff!

ZillowVERIFIED We chose Jeff to help us buy our first house after reading previous reviews. We were very happy with our decision. His knowledge of the Trumbull/Stratford/Shelton/Fairfield areas were great, especially since we were new to the area. We really appreciated Jeff's fast responsiveness (phone, text, emails even on nights/weekends) which was a huge help for us during the whole process, given how quickly houses were moving in our location/price range.
