So many appraisers & real estate agents are LAZY. They pull a few 'comparables' & set your home's sale price based on that. When I hired a couple of appraisers in 2019 to check on my home's value, they initially didn't even want to listen to me while I tried explain the MANY custom features on my custom built home. After I threatened to fire them they listened, but gave me an appraisal for less then the cost of construction. This isn't a case of 'overbuilt' for the neighborhood either. Jeff listened & appreciated what I had to say. His genuine enthusiasm was exactly what I was looking for in an agent who could sell my home, at a price that was in keeping what I had in mind. I can't say Jeff had any magic in his sales techniques, but he put a lot of effort into making them work. He found a buyer & we were able to close a sale for a price that made me happy. Jeff is a good guy who I now consider to be a friend & did a great job!
