Jeff was able to sell our house very quickly and got us a great price. It really pays to work with a skilled and knowledgeable Realtor - you will get a higher price for your house as a result. Jeff identified that according to code, our house was a four bedroom and not a three bedroom as we had been told previously, and the appraisers report confirmed Jeff was right. This led to a higher asking price. Because of Jeffs strong connections, he was able to line up the viewing for what would turn out to be our highest offer before the listing even went live. He stayed involved and was quick to respond throughout the process. It doesnt hurt that hes one of the most likable people out there.
