ZillowVERIFIED Jeff Nevin was referred to us from another KW realtor that was out of state. The team represented us in the sale of the our home and purchase of our new home. They used the electronic tools to schedule showings and e-sign contracts. This was extremely helpful to us due to my familys schedule. Jeff provided excellent 5 star service. He negotiated with the buyers agents and referred subcontractors to us for the home we sold. In order to expedite the work, Jeff also scheduled and retained the estimates for all work to be completed. Jeff was available to answer any question. He is professional, calm, and reasonable. Joe was very honest, responsive and great with giving advice to us as new home buyers. Joe also has a background that allows him to know a lot about what to look for structurally with houses. Since my husband and I have never purchased a home, having him with us made us feel much more comfortable with things we knew nothing about. If Joe wasn?t available to see a home with us, he was able to rely on his team, Jeff and Devin to help us out.
