ZillowVERIFIED We listed our home with an MLS site and planned to sell our home independently. For a flat fee we hired an affiliated agent to help us with negotiations and closing paperwork. Big mistake! While we received almost no help from our agent, the sellers agent Kelley Budinoff (The Minter Team) was exceptional! Kelley was approachable and patient. She was easy to reach at any time via email, phone call, or by text. Kelley was extremely helpful and made the process run smoothly, even with our agent MIA for most of the process. She was responsive, efficient, and knowledgeable. Kelley was an absolute joy to work with and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, especially in this crazy market.

Both times Jeff and his team were on top of every task that we needed to complete well in advance of the required date. Where we felt most comfortable with Jeff was that he wasnt trying to push us into a quick sale to make a quick buck, he was there to help us navigate through the processes associate with buying/selling a home. He would be extremely educational and would provide in depth explanations as to what we were doing and why we had to do something. Where he could, he provided different options along with the risk/reward with pursuing each option. My parents bought their house back in 2011 through Cooper Spransy and they swear by it, so we gave it a shot. Our realtor Hannah O?Brien fulfilled our every needs and wants when searching for our home ( ex: garage, backyard for our dogs, open kitchen and living, etc). Though the house market has been up in the air due to Covid, Hannah never stopped searching. Missing our shot with every other house we loved, we were denied due to other offers waiving in a lot more money. Though we were all sad and frustrated, Hannah eventually found our home. She remained calm, cool and collected and knew there was something better out there for us. We can?t explain how grateful Hannah and her team has made us and we owe all of it to her. Great customer service, always on hand with questions we needed answered, always greeted us with a smile and gave us a friendly atmosphere. Not once did we have a doubt we made the wrong decision. We looked at a number of properties for over a year before we found the one. When a property appeared in a listing, we would discuss the pros and cons, preview the property and then decide if we would schedule a showing. Jeff was an attentive listener and would follow up with questions without judgement. When we found the property that we purchased, his team had a great game plan laying out the process in a clear and timely manner. Always double checking to make sure that nothing would be missed.
