ZillowVERIFIEDJeff, sound me the house that I just sold. I had the same great service that I had the first time around. That is why I chose him again as my agent. He always goes above and beyond to help his clients. He really has your best interest when dealing with him.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff was incredibly helpful as we searched for and closed on our first home. He walked us through many options at a variety of price points and in quite a large geographic area, and when we found the one we wanted, he negotiated to get us a great price. After our offer was accepted, he continued to walk with us through the inspection, appraisal, insurance quotes, and closing process, all of which we did from Ohio. He even sent us a video of the house completely empty and ready for us to move in on the day of closing. We highly recommend Jeff for anyone looking a new home!

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff is the guy to hire if you are buying a house in this area. He goes the extra mile for his clients! Knowing how important air conditioning is for my husband who is on oxygen, he got quotes from local dealers for a new unit, met them at the house, got everything up and running, and by the way got the best price possible for us with the seller. I will use him for future investment purchases and recommend him to anyone who asks. Judi Saint-Sommer

ZillowVERIFIED When looking for a house me and my fiance didnt really know to much on buying but jeff helped us more than i could put into words. He is wise in what he does and you can tell he has been doing it for awhile and i respect that. I would go through jeff if ever again i want another home. When browsing homes i thought buying was just a pipe dream at only such a young age but jeff and a great team made it reality.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff handled himself very professionally and friendly in all our interactions. He took care of problems including helping me to obtain a termite company to inspect the house and handle a termite problem that was found. He also helped me to locate a qualified and reasonably priced home insurance company. He always took the time to answer any questions I had, and dealt with my concerns. He kept us informed of all progress throughout the house buying process as well as the steps still required to obtain the house. He kept contact with the bank, the title company, insuring the purchase moved quickly and smoothly. I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff is an amazing realtor, and in just over a week working with him he was not only able to find us a house, but I feel he negotiated a great deal for us with the seller. He was never too busy to answer questions and he never made me feel like I was a bother - no matter how many houses I wanted to see. If you're looking for an agent who will work tirelessly for you....Jeff Meyer is your guy!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff Meyer is just wonderful! To explain our journey together I will start with 80k and under homes. My husband and I met Jeff at a tiny home in Bartow that was right at 50k we were very unhappy with what we could afford and it saddened us. Jeff said "do not worry these are the steps you need to take to get what you dream of and I know you can do it just follow my lead!" We then started working on our credit and getting a pre-qualified loan for over 100k Jeff literally high fived us and gave us kudos! He supported us through the financial struggles and answered questions with confidence and supportive documents! Jeff would run around with us like crazy people we would sometimes see 8 houses a day! He was so patient and never pushed us always supported us and gave us his advise and you know what we took it! Now we are closing on our first home after working tooth and nail the 3 of us Jeff included for over a YEAR! We could not have done it without you! If and when we buy again I will have Jeff Meyer on speed dial and refuse to even concider anyone else! I recommend Jeff to all home buyers in the future! You will not be disappointed I promise you! Its awesome to have a friend helping you through all this. Thank you Jeff! Autumn & Bob Saunders

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff showed as a couple homes and stood by use even though we kept changing our minds. We would call him randomly on a Sunday to show us a house and he would be there by the end of the day. Very flexible with lots of enthusiasm. Very nice guy and knows what he was doing.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff was incredibly helpful from the start to the finish of the home buying process. From finding a list of houses that matched my criteria, to helping me deal with my lender, to thoroughly explaining the closing process, Jeff was there. He made the entire process tolerable and not as stressful as my friends said it would be. I would highly recommend Jeff Meyer as THE realtor to use.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff has been an amazing guy to work with! He definitely goes the extra mile. He didn't just post my property on line and wait for calls, he actively marketed our property and gave me weekly updates on how things were going. Not that I needed many updates, we had offers after only two weeks. He was helpful with suggestions to make my home sell for it's best price and quickly.
