Once listed, it only took Jeff less than a week to locate a buyer, and sold the property at the listing price.Jeff then handled the buyer walk thru and coordinated the issues that needed action prior to closing. To an out of state seller, Jeff's help made the entire process run smooth.I would certainly recommend Jeff and would use him on any future real estate dealings.

Then, when our initial tours did not result in a "find", he guided us on what to look for and what the pace of play was in the market. Which, when we did find an opportunity 4 months later, we were able to move swiftly with Jeff's guidance. Jeff also helped structure a great offer that put us in a winning position, then negotiated a nice settlement on the inspection results. Finally, he did a great job getting us to closing.
