That quote is literally what we experienced. We had an offer within 2 hours of when Jeff listed our home, and we accepted it. From start to finish he made the process headache free. My husband I needed to list our home at the same time we relocated to another state. We needed someone we could trust that has a finger on the pulse of this crazy housing market and that we could trust while being gone. He is incredibly through in his research and knowledge of how a home should be price and how the home should be presented. His marketing strategy using photography/video coupled with social media/advertising goes well beyond MLS and typical real estate sites and what we've seen from other realtors and was the reason we had an offer from a qualified buyer so quickly (at the price we wanted).
