Xander took the time walk us through the house 'virtually' and spend as much time needed answering all our questions. We put our bid in solely on Xander's insight..so talk about trust. Xander did not disappoint! The paperwork went smoothly. Xander was proactive in outlining timelines, deadlines and if anything changed, we got a text from him immediately. Xander and Jeff were responsive and able to show me numerous listings before they hit Zillow or other sites that drive up demand. We had an offer accepted and needed to pull out after inspection. Most realtors would have seen that commission go away and been skeptical or less responsive on the second go-round. Not the Lien team. They were compassionate and understanding of our concerns and worked even harder to find us a home that fit our needs. 3 months later we were able to find an incredible home on Okauchee and negotiate an incredible price below asking during a hot buying time. We naturally had significant questions and they were always quick to respond with knowledgeable answers. Can not recommend these guys enough.

He helped me buy a condo in Glendale. At first I was intimidated by the home buying process because I was such a newbie and didn't know anything about what I was doing. That is where you need a realtor you can trust and Mike was that for me! He was proactive in explaining everything since I really didn't know what questions to ask during the process of finding a place, walk-throughs, and of course all of the paperwork. I never felt pressured by Mike to make a hasty decision on any of the homes we visited. He was quick to respond with information to any inquiries I made either via email, text, or phone.
