Jeff was recommended to my by a friend who had worked with him before and my friend had nothing but great things to say. And now, after Jeff helped my wife and I sell our house, I have nothing but great things to say as well. My wife and I had our own set of unique circumstances that made selling our house a lot more complicated and, potentially, more stressful than most house sales. But Jeff made the entire process easy for us. He was always prompt. He was great at laying out all of the deadlines we would encounter and following up on them with us. He was always straightforward, easy to get a hold of, and communicative. I could go on. But the bottom line is that he was great and I wouldnt hesitate recommending him to anyone I know.

He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, kept in close and constant contact through the entire process, and offered a lot of good advice. He also helped us purchase a new construction home in Mead, and had a lot of good service with him with that process, too. Jeff is a great guy, knows his stuff and the area, and would certainly call on him again for real estate in the future!

The market in this area was difficult to enter at the low end of the price range, places were few and far between, and prices escalated while we were looking. When I think of Jeff, I think of his calmness and patience, at first when I wanted to look at listings (6 months) and get a feel for the area, then when I wanted to look and look and look some more, and then when we entered the world of offers and back-up offers. He knew the area, and helped me with all the processes and never lost track of the details or failed to follow through. In fact he even anticipated my concerns.
