ZillowVERIFIED I began looking for a home in September 2021. I had limited money for a downpayment and closing costs. Most realtors were not interested in helping me. I finally connected with Pat McRae in Pike Creek Mortgage after months of wasted time. They moved quickly and immediately connected me with Jeff Kemp. He went above and beyond to help me get a home during challenging times. Jeff has been very responsive, moves quickly, is very knowledgeable, and has truly cared about helping me every step of the way. He has stayed on top of things throughout the process. I give much thanks to him after settling on my new home today and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor that will work for them.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff was quick to answer all questions even if it was late at night due to me working 2nd shift. He kept us informed and help us with anything we had to schedule. He also worked hard to keep our loan company informed if they had questions even thought the loan company was not easy to deal with. I would recommend Jeff for anyone looking to buy a house.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff was able to provide us with timely advice without being "pushy". His laid-back attitude shouldn't be interpreted as a lack of interest. He understands that each transaction is unique to those involved and doesn't try to push the buyer(s) into something just because "it's what everyone wants".

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff went above and beyond to deal with a number of unforeseen circumstances to ensure both seller and buyer received the best outcome and was very hands-on for issues that came up for an out-of-state seller. Great communication and follow-up at all times.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff is the right person to help and look for a house. Jeff helped me in every way possible. I knew I wanted a house and he said if that is the house you want we can make it happen. He helped me from the beginning to the end and even after we made the deal. Jeff is fast by respond back and it doesn't matter what time is it he will respond back. A friend of mine recommended him to me as a realtor and I will too recommend him as a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff was great! He met us whenever and wherever we wanted to see thebhouses we were interested in. He was able to answer each question we had about the houses and if he didnt know the answer immediately he would make a quick call too the other agent and get the answer for us. He was very knowledgeable not only about the area but with each house we looked it. He was able to negotiate things we wanted to be included with the house at a great price! He was available literally anytime we wanted him. He would text us right back at midnight with answer to our question and again at 8am. He was great at reminding us what to do or what was happening each step of the way. He made the home buying process simply flawless. We recommend him to anyone buying or selling. Thanks Jeff!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED I'm not the easiest person to understand. Nor are my priorities and necessities easily read from the outside but Jeff kept his patience he tolerated my quirks and sometimes stressed out mo9ds and frustration and he guided me through what to me was a very new very tense and nervous process and two contracts and one ultimate home later the man would pretty much tell me what I wanted and he went well above his calling for a job to get me into what I would consider my dream home and I'm very greatfull to him for the awesome job he's done for me I was very lucky to run into him on a fluke and find what I consider the only good solution to my housing situation and I can't imagine what I would've ended up with if I stayed with the first three agents from other companies that i encountered first. I almost ran away to a rental. Thanks Jeff. I owe you one
