We just recently contacted him for help with getting our house appraised for a home improvement loan. (He had the documents to me that afternoon)! He was able to get houses comparable to ours that have a higher value, which increased the appraisal value.

ZillowVERIFIED As first-time home buyers, we were not 100% sure what we were getting into! Jeff was always prompt answering the dozens of questions we had and never once treated us like our questions or the price range of home we were looking at were not worth his time. He met us after hours and on weekends to accommodate our work schedules, and never once told us no. Jeff was very professional and never swayed us either direction on any of the homes we looked at, but also gave us sound advice when we needed it regarding what types of repairs were major versus what were no big deal. When the buyer's market in our price range made buying a house next to impossible, Jeff came up with some really great ideas to get our offer accepted over any others the sellers had received. Even after closing when we had some additional questions and concerns, Jeff was right there to answer and follow up with us. By the time it was all said and done, our shy 3 year old who takes a long time to warm up to anyone new, asked which room Jeff was going to live in! Fortunately I came across Jeff and the burden was made much easier on me. Jeff took the time to explain to me some of the ends and outs of real estate in that part of the state. He introduced me to many of the areas that he thought would fit my needs. Jeff was very attentive and asked all the right questions to learn what I was in the market for. He was generous with his time and I never found him out of pocket. There was a great deal of difficulty when I went through several banks to get my loan approved because of the type of property I was purchasing. Jeff was not only patient, but willing to give me assistance in ways that helped me make this dream a reality. He was always patient and willing to help in anyway he could. He was responsive to every request I made and was willing to go above and beyond to help me and my family. He was even willing to meet with me on weekends and even gearing a holiday. He was extremely professional and is a great man of integrity. I am so impressed with his efforts even though he knew there was not going to be in extremely high payout due to my lower purchase price, he cheated me as if I were buying $1 million home.
