ZillowVERIFIED Jeff is fantastic. I met Jeff in 2016 when my husband and I were looking to buy a second home in the Sarasota area. At that time, when looking for a condo we couldnt seem to find the right fit. We continued to reviewing property listings for the next several years. In 2021, we increased our efforts and honed our searches. We wanted a great location and a good view. We reside in CT which also made the process more challenging. Jeff stayed the course, had great customer service and understood our needs. We finally came across a property that met our needs so Jeff, scheduled a aEURoewalk throughaEUR? and knew the potential condo complex well. He accurately provided a market comparison, advised us, and we made a reasonable offer. The offer was accepted and we moved through the process. He was reliable, positive, business savvy and I never felt pressured. We closed on 3/21/23. If you are looking for a top notch real estate agent, no one can top Jeff, he is absolutely wonderful.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff is the best. I am an out state seller and Jeff handled the closing in Venice Florida amazing perfectly. Great negotiations, 24/7 updates, took care of all details. He listed the home for me and helped to coordinate required repairs after the home inspection. His suggested list price was right on the money. He handled pretty much everything from start to finish, including arranging for estimates and scheduling the work, which was very helpful since I live in a different state. If you are looking for top agent look no further, look for Jeff.

ZillowVERIFIED Shout out to this guy! We found a few properties we were interested in viewing and were recommended by friends to use Jeff as our realtor. My husband reached out to him and within a matter of a few hours we had showings scheduled over the next few days. He was very responsive and always ready with advice and guidance as necessary. We were struggling to find a lender to work with as we were buying raw land, but Jeff found a great option that we ultimately did end up using as they provided the best rates/terms. Jeff is one of the few realtors that I've worked with that wasn't pushy and made me feel like he really was on our side and not just looking for the payout at the end of the transaction. He kept our best interests in mind and was transparent throughout the whole process. Highly recommend using him for any of your real estate needs!

ZillowVERIFIED I live out of state and had a rental property I wanted to sell. My property management company referred me to Jeff. From my first contact with him he was on top of everything that needed to happen to get my house on the market and sold. He went above and beyond, viewing the property for me, sending me updates, video's and photo's, finding me reliable people to clean the house, do the yard work and miscellaneous things that contributed to the appeal of the property for a buyer. He made sure all the work was done on time and satisfactorily. He made the whole process simple and hassle free for me. I highly recommend Jeff to anyone that is selling or buying a house. Thank you Jeff!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I started working with Jeff in late 2020. He was able to help us find resources to fix up our home, look at new properties, and covered everything from A-Z when selling our old home. From listing to close, the entire process was stress-free! Jeff is a true professional. Always on time, responsive, and knowledgeable. My family will definitely be using Jeff for our next home purchase.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff was instrumental in helping me locate an exchange property during the pandemic. I was unable to travel, so he was my "eyes and ears" from 1500 miles away. He sent me listings immediately after our first conversation and kept doing so until we found the right property. He went over and beyond the call of duty to help move along the purchase process, and then helped find a tenant after the transaction was completed. Jeff was always responsive and I highly recommend him . I will definitely use him again. If you're thinking of buying or selling Sarasota Real Estate, Jeff is your Guy....

ZillowVERIFIED We have had several real estate transactions over the last five years and Jeff was far and away the very best agent we worked with. His attention to detail was second to none. We were continually impressed with how quickly he responded to our questions and took charge of every detail be it with the mortgage company, the owner's agent, or the title attorney. When we say he made our purchase an enjoyable process I think that says about all there is to say. After all, we all know how stressful the process has the potential to become. And he does all of this with just the right amount of humor and humanity. We highly recommend Jeff and know you won't be sorry that you trusted this important decision to this outstanding professional.

ZillowVERIFIED I want to say we have use Jeff Kattrein on two other occasions in which we purchased and sold a condo on Siesta Keys Florida. We have just recently used him on this purchase as well. My wife and I are 100% completely satisfied with his knowledge and experience. He'll work for you to ensure you are getting what you what in a purchase. He's not a pushy type salesperson, he's straight forward and will not steer you in the wrong direction. Another thing that impressed my wife and I is the fact that even after the sale is closed, he has a standing offer to assist you in any way he can, from checking on your place to picking up packages. Jeff has outstanding customer service skills. I highly recommend him to all that is looking to buy or sell in and around Siesta Keys Florida area.

ZillowVERIFIED ***Our house sold in only 6 days after being on the market, much thanks to Jeff!*** Jeff is one awesome guy! He was our realtor for a couple years, as we were looking on and off at homes until we felt the time was right. He was patient with us through it all, from the time we looked at the first house until the closing date AND BEYOND! We've had to relay messages with the buyers of our home, and the sellers of the house we purchased, Jeff has facilitated communication with no issues. We really can't say anything negative about Jeff! He was always kind and respectful to out whole family, to include our children. We had met other realtors through the process and the other realtors seemed very fake and not down-to-earth individuals. If you want to feel at ease with your realtor, and have a realtor that places you first, pays attention to the details, and does all the "leg work" for you, then Jeff is your guy. It is likely you will not want to let him go after you sell or buy your home.... he's a guy you want to stay friends with. We appreciate you, Jeff, and all you did to help the process of selling and buying go super smooth. Also, Sue at Blue sky lending was amazing to work with Jeff and my family during the whole experience. I will be singing Jeff's praises for years to come, and use him for any future realtor needs. Best wishes Jeff, you are rocking your business!

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff Kattrein was extremely instrumental in us getting a great home here in Venice. We started looking while we lived in California. He was always willing to go the extra mile to find exactly what we needed and wanted. He was able to find us temporary furnished housing, exposed all the fine points(and flaws) of each home we looked at and finally closed an unbelievable deal which we are eternally grateful. ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I worked with Jeff for over a year. Once Jeff learned what we were looking for in a home, he was simply unstoppable! He continued sending us properties he felt were in line with our hopes and dreams and he went out of his way to include pictures and video's, something we deeply appreciated, as we are from Michigan's beautiful Upper Peninsula. Jeff was dedicated, professional, and trustworthy, accompanied by a deeply charismatic personality! Honestly, we felt like we had met a friend way before we flew in, met Jeff in person and purchased our home. 5 STARS to Jeff for being such a genuinely nice guy and a stellar real estate agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff assisted my husband and I to find our forever home in Florida. My husband is a Veteran and we were utilizing a VA Loan which can make finding and purchasing a home a wee bit more complicated than a regular conventional Loan. We were really impressed with how Jeff was ALWAYS Johnny on the spot. We never had to wait for a response to an inquiry about a property. We also really appreciated Jeff's candor. He was forthright and never sugar coated anything. His easy going approach always made us feel comfortable and we never felt pressured into making an offer on a property we were not sure about. Prior to Jeff Kattrein we had worked with 3 other Realtors and all 3 were not versed in VA Loans and we did not have success with them. Jeff Katrein stuck by us and worked with us for SEVERAL months before we finally found our forever home. We highly recommend Jeff Kattrein. we call him Johnny on the Spot Jeff! As a Realtor Jeff is incomparable!

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff sought me out and I am glad he did. He is professional, competent, responsive, thorough, knowledgeable and fast. I have dealt with many agents in the last thirty years and Jeff has to rank at the top of the list.I found that Jeff correctly and immediately interpreted my needs; his research saved me many hours. He rapidly zoomed in to two candidates, got all the relevant information and made the decision easy. I went from cash to contract in less than 33 days on a 1031 exchange. Jeff was extremely effective in negotiating with the seller's agent, obtained all the relevant Association papers and even helped locate a tenant. And he is nice guy to deal with, as well.I would not hesitate to recommend Jeff to anyone looking for real estate in the Sarasota area.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff Kattrein is THE MAN! My wife & I just moved from MA to the Sarasota, FL area. As you may imagine, this could be a very difficult and stressful situation. However, Jeff was with us every step of the way! When we initially considered building a home; Jeff spoke w/ all of the builders, visited lot sites, provided us with all of the relevant info and even sent us video footage of the area! We decided to forgo the build and search for an existing home and Jeff was not discouraged in the least. He was more than happy to gather all of the information about the numerous homes we were interested in. When my wife and I flew down to FL to tour several homes, Jeff cleared his entire scheduled and dedicated the week to us! Jeff is super friendly, knowledgeable, easy-going and courteous (my mother simply adored him)! When it came time to make an offer, Jeff quickly ran the comps to assure we did not pay more than the fair market value. We could not be happier with our buying experience and we love our new home! I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone. If you are buying or selling in the Sarasota area, Jeff Kattrein is your man!

ZillowVERIFIED We recently purchased a home using Jeff Kattrein as our buyer's agent, a home we would never have been able to get our hands on were it not for Jeffs help. Previous realtors we have used were all decent enough, but none of them ever went the extra mile. Jeff does. He is extremely responsive no matter whether its by phone, text, or e-mail (so glad we found a realtor living in the 21st century!). Hes very knowledgeable about all processes of the home buying process, and whatever he cant tell you on the spot he will investigate extensively and get right back to you. What we love is that he takes initiative: finding houses, jumping on new listings, letting you know about any issues, being on top of what has to be done (mortgage, inspections etc.) and most importantly, he constantly keeps you in the loop about developments. Above all, were glad to have found a realtor who is great to work with, having the perfect combination of knowledge, punctuality and just having a great personal connection. We will never use another realtor in this market.
